We were in town for a baseball tournament. Very close to the ball park, within 10 to 15 minutes of great food and shopping and the neighborhood is very quiet!

The house was as advertised. It was very clean. The bed was comfortable and it had everything we needed. The only negative was that when we arrived the driveway was overgrown with weeds and bushes that it made driving up it very difficult . This really affected the first impression of the house.

What a lovely home! We rented this for a relatives wedding! It was perfect for a one night stay! Clean and comfortable. It is in a great quiet neighborhood. There was some construction, but the owner couldn’t help that. It took a tiny second to reroute and go a different route around the back because gps kept telling me to go the way where the roads were blocked off. Comfortable bed and pull out sofa for the kids! We even left something and the owner met us to get it from them! Such a great help! Thanks for making our stay so nice!

Not just clean and cozy, but stocked with necessary things like tissues, paper towel, coffee, machine, and coffee, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner alll these little touches made everything so nice. The garage door opener is a nice touch too.Thanks for a great stay!

Cozy older home was listed accurately. Worked great for our traveling to Marion for a college frisbee tournament with our furry. Had everything we needed. Owner Tim was attentive to any questions.

House was in a great location - easy to walk downtown. We also walked the neighborhood and around the church lot that was across the street. We enjoyed having a kitchen for cooking, a good fridge for our food and beverages. It would have been great to have a privacy fence in the back yard for us and the dogs, a grill, and fire pit if it would be allowed. Heater and AC worked great, good shower, and the house was stocked pretty well with laundry, toiletries, and some needed kitchen accessories.

My husband and I had a quick one night stay as we passed thru town on our way to Minnesota. Property was exactly as described. Tim, the host, was very easy to communicate with. Cute little place when you would like a little bit more than a hotel room. Full kitchen and laundry. The neighborhood feels safe and friendly. Close to many things you may need/want during your stay. We look forward to our next visit. Hopefully longer than one night next time. Thanks, Tim!

Excellent stay, very comfortable and the owners cover every base and more to make sure. We drove over 1000 miles to meet old friends and staying here made the trip so awesome! Highly recommend.

Inside was just a detailed - as well as outside needing some work as stated - worked great for our family and our 2 pups :) everyone was comfortable and will most likely stay here again for our next ball tournament at prospect meadows again

Spotless house, perfect for a couple and a couple of kids. . Lots of extras in the kitchen, bathroom, laundry. Loved the plush bath towels. Parking available on the driveway, but took maneuvering to get by the overgrown plants (hey, it had rained frequently there; grass had been mowed). There is no backyard porch or driveway lighting. (My iphone flashlight was not adequate.) Funky kitchen lighting, too. Needed new under-microwave light.Near everything in Marion. Meeting Matt was a highlight of the VRBO. Matt was apologetic for the overgrowth of plants along the driveway and porch. Assured me he would work on that and the lighting issues.Last thought: I found myself sleeping on the lower bunk. That one mattress needs replaced! People must sit on the edge of it and worn out the area.
