Pool and Gym: We have a relationship with a country club through which guests can book day passes. The club is DISTANCE away from the house. Please note: the admission to the club is NOT included in the booking price, bookings must be made in advance, and additional rules may apply.

Bugs: Our house is professionally serviced by a pest company but when the weather changes its not uncommon to see a bug. This is not an indication of cleanliness but more the reality of living in the humid below sea level south :) If you see something let us know and we will jump on it.

Nice enough place. There are cleaning fees so don’t believe the listing title. I cannot get a receipt for my stay from the host or vrbo
 this was a business trip and it is a terrible that this is such a pain. I’ll just get a hotel next time I guess.

Cozy comfort

This one bed room apartment is a wonderful cozy stay. The unit was clean and is great for a couple. The kitchen is well furnished if you want to eat in. The location is great. We were able to get downtown in about 20 minutes and there are several restaurants close by. Our host was very helpful troubleshooting a few minor issues and the checkin process was easy. Definitely recommend if you want to visit Charleston.

Cozy home and easy process

First, the home owner is great. If you've had bad experiences with overly complicated check-in/check out processes or overbearing hosts, this will be a refresher. The owner was communicative and the entire process was a breeze. The home is cozy and clean. The neighborhood is in an older part of the city, but an easy drive to busier parts with plenty of shops and restaurants close. Every now and then you'll hear a plane fly over but it only happened a few times during our entire stay. Overall very quiet area.Loved the stay!

Wonderful location and not far from downtown and other attractions. Apartment is clean and organized. The host is very responsive and is willing to help with anything needed. Will definitely stay here again when I am in the area.

Beautiful setup

The home is in North Charleston which can be labeled as being “sketchy”. However, I went on walks multiple times around the neighborhood and it seems very peaceful with a lot of families. There’s a side yard and backyard available (you have to open a gate not directly connected to the house). The room is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is stocked with all cooking needs. The owner is an effective communicator as well.

Amazing Stay and Host

This host was very gracious, and worked with my crazy schedule! I am a musician, and sometimes my schedule in booking process is very unpredictable, but he was extremely communicative, and the place was exactly as it was describing, even better. Everything was clean, everything I needed was there plus extra. Thanks so much! Stay here!!

Place had everything that was needed for a short stay, and was within good driving distance to all we wanted to see and do in and around Charleston.

Nice place

Extremely well stocked. I've never seen so many useful items in a BNB, especially kitchen. 3 ways to make coffee. Easy drive to downtown.
