Aquavista requires the primary renter to be a minimum of 25 years of age and to accompany all guests. Aquavista is a smoke-free resort. Smoking will still be permitted in designated areas outdoors. Guests MUST register online with the condominium before arrival for parking.



This cozy condo has it all, ocean views, easy beach access, a great location, and a shared pool.  You'll be moments from all the sights and attractions, with soft sands practically right outside your door.

This condo is a quick drive to many restaurants and family-friendly attractions such as Wonderworks and Ripley's Believe It Or Not, Gulf World, and the Pier Park Mall.

Sugar-white sands and gentle waves await at the beach, only a few steps from the building. After a dip in the pool, enjoy the oceanfront view from your condo's balcony. Share the scenery with the free WiFi or unwind with cable on the bedroom's TV. At dinnertime, the kitchen is fully equipped for whipping up delicious home-cooked meals. (sleeps 6 comfortably with Sofa Bed in the Common Space)

We have stayed in several units at Aquavista. This room was an exceptionally clean! We love the view and proximity to the beach. Communication was excellent. We will definitely be staying in this unit again.

Great overall with the except the elevators. There were two instances when no east side elevators were working. Had to walk up 8 flights. The condo was very nice.

Everything was perfect!!

Good Stay

We enjoyed the condo. The view of the ocean was wonderful and the proximity to the beach was good as well. The only reason I gave a 4 star is because the swimming pool was a disappointment. It was very small and with double red flags for 2 days, there were a lot of people wanting to use the pool.

Unfortunately, the pool size is determined by the resort and is outside of our control. We can certainly understand that when double red flags are flying and the Gulf is closed to swimming, the pool becomes much more crowded than usual. Amazing location and view

Well managed beachfront condo with a balcony and amazing view. Chair and umbrella rental available. Pool is great. No gym or fitness center, in spite of what listing says. Parking is restricted and traffic in the area is terrible.

Aquavista Resort

We booked our trip just a few weeks before we actually left. I felt the price was extremely fair compared to other places. It was a smaller building with beach homes on each side which helped greatly with the beach and pool population. Very roomy, clean, and all around nice with an excellent view. I have zero complaints. We will be back in the future for sure !
