The host was very friendly and helpful with getting things we needed for the room. We were comfortable and had a good night’s rest. Would be even better with a slightly later checkout time, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

The host gave great instructions and even included a video to ensure parking was not a hassle. They gave a list of food, places, and shopping nearby as well. The place was clean. I lived having a balcony. The neighborhood was quiet and close to the beach. I recommend staying here for sure.

The place was nice, comfortable to sleep in and the neighborhood is nice. With places to eat and shop right around the corner, But a few things if you are a light sleeper the noise from the elevator will wake you up. As the place is right next to the elevator. And every now and then the sink drain in the bedroom and toilet make a noise. And some things need to be upgraded and cleaned a bit better. There was some ants in the kitchen sink and counter. But overall I would recommend this place.

The unit was very worn and dirty. Ants all over the counter in the kitchen. Patio is useless, as there is nothing comfortable to sit on out there. One old torn recliner and a couple of folding chairs stacked in the corner of the patio. Patio door lock was broken. Shower handle is missing as well as some of the plaster around the shower. NO in-unit washer & dryer, they are in basement. Just suprisingly worn and dirty compared to the listing. Location was great and we had a big week of wedding activities, so no time to find another place. We purchased ant spray and wiped everything down to survive the week, but certainly would not rebook this location. If you do, follow the parking garage video BEFORE you drive into the parking garage, as you'll have no service to watch the video as you drive through the garage, but the video was a MUST and we appreciated the effort the owner took in providing that to locate parking spot. It's super convienient to the unit, elevator and parking spot. That was a plus!! Owner did a great job of providing entry details.

Absolutely loved staying here! The location is fantastic so convenient, peaceful, and right by the marina, with the beach just a short distance away. It was the perfect place to relax while still being close to everything. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back

We had a lovely stay at the condo. The location was minutes from Marina del Ray and LMU. I loved that Trader Joe’s and Ralph’s were in close proximity. We could also easily access the freeway. We had a great experience!
