Totally renovated 2 Bed, & 2 1/2 Bath condo with spectacular ocean and jungle views, in the Beverly Hills of Puerto Vallarta. Full kitchen with dishwasher/dining area with wine fridge. A/C, private work space, washer/dryer & beautiful common pool area with barbecue. Punta Esmeralda is a very private, quiet, boutique condominium with 14 units, nestled in the hills of Conches Chinas. You can sit on the terrace and watch the whales in season and magnificent sunsets. You can watch a video on YouTube, "Casa Colibri Video3" brentbarrett529. A 10 day minimum stay is required by the condo association.

Spectacular View and Breezes

Totally enjoyed a relaxing stay with lovely breezes and view of Banderas Bay. Saw a couple of whales! Bring your binoculars! Condo was well stocked.

This was the perfect property for our stay during the holidays. From the beginning, Brent was very responsive to our questions and made booking easy. Check in with the Cecilia was seamless and communications with the property manager, Mercedes was helpful as well. The building was quiet with only 14 units and nice private pool. We did meet a few of the residents who were really nice and welcoming. We had an amazing view and were able to see whales down below almost every day. We saw some amazing sunsets and full moon from our balcony too. The condo had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens and towels. The kitchen was well equipped too with plenty of glasses, dishes and cooking equipment. The location was also fantastic . A 15-20 minute walk to Zona Romántica and 10 minute walk to Conchas Chinas beach. It was easy and cheap to get an Uber, DiDi or taxi too. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for those looking for a quieter location, but still close to the restaurants, bars, shopping and fun of the town.

We made our first trip to Puerto Vallarta in 2021, and fell in love with the town. On our next trip in 2022, we started property hunting and found this gem in Conches Chinas. As soon as we opened the door and saw the view, we knew this was going to be our second home. We spend as much time as we can.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Conches Chinas is a beautiful neighborhood, nestled in the hills, just minuets away from Zona Romantica. It is a quiet residential neighborhood with a mix of condos, single family homes and a few hotels. A great get-a-way from the action. Sitting on the terrace surrounded by jungle, sipping coffee or a margarita watching the ocean is paradise!!!! It feels as if you are in a tree house.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Punta Esmeralda, is a boutique condominium with only 14 units. Most of the units are filled with full time residents. Some Mexican, some expats from the US and Canada. If you are looking to party up a storm, this may not be the unit for you. However if you are looking to get away from it all in a tranquil spot with GREAT neighbors, this IS for you!
