Your Once in a Lifetime Vacation deserves a Once in a Lifetime Location! You will never find a more unique place in a more peaceful setting! Immerse yourself in the Mountains while taking in the Stunning Waterfall (Seasonal based on rainfall and is controlled by the County. Typically flows May through September, but has gone as late as mid October), Pond & Natural Spring Brook. Explore over an acre of mature trees & cliff walls while keeping an eye out for an abundance of wildlife. The serenity alone is worth it, but the central location allows for all the recreation activities you could ever dream of within minutes of the Lodge!

We had the most amazing stay. The house is beautiful and very spacious. The mountains and animals were breathtaking. We were treated perfectly. Any questions we had were answered and addressed immediately and we would love to stay there again.

We loved our stay! The house was so cozy and perfect! Many trips to Estes to hike and then relaxing on the back porch was great ending to a fun day.

Everything about this property was amazing! Super clean, comfortable, and cozy. The home was very large with a lot of room. The outside area was so beautiful. We were surrounded by trees, flowers, and the creek. Due to the drought conditions we were unable to use the fire pit and the waterfall had no water, but neither of those things were a deal breaker and were beyond our hosts control. Our host was very easily contacted and extremely responsive. We spent most of our time out on the deck which is located just steps away from the creek. I would highly recommend this property. The beds were excellent and we were able to have all of the windows open to cool the home with the fresh mountain air. If you are missing your furry friends, Reinhardt, the handsome, loving, very good boy, outdoor cat came to visit and spread the love.

The property was clean upon arrival and had good accommodations in general. The listing showed 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms...which was accurate. But, no bathroom was attached to a bedroom. For example, we had to walk from one bedroom through the kitchen to get to one of the bathrooms. The two bedrooms upstairs shared one bathroom and were extremely hot as the A/C couldn't keep up to keep them cool. As the property sits right on a busy highway, the road noise was terrible. There is a very nice covered patio which we wanted to sit on in the evening but couldn't hardly talk as the road noise is too loud. There were TV's in each bedroom but no TV in the main living room. Again, nice property, well appointed, and clean but strange layout with the bedrooms and bathrooms not adjoining.

Hi Mark, thank you for your thoughtful review. It's true that the highway is loud as i point out in the listing and unfortunately due to the drought the waterfall isn't flowing as typically it drowns out any noise quite nicely. As far as bathrooms, there's none listed as adjoining, though the two upstairs are? More importantly, I'm just wondering why you described the "hot tub" guest bathroom instead of just using the bathroom steps away from the 2 downstairs bedrooms? The A/C is new, but yes the house is a century old and yes it's hard for it to keep up with triple digit temps. You're not wrong about that one. Sorry, you had a less than ideal experience and hopefully you found something positive to enjoy.

We had such a beautiful visit! The waterfall, the ducks, the humming birds and blue jays were my favorite on the property. The house was clean and spectacular in every way. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was perfect. 10/10 would recommend and stay again!

Wedding Weekend

Great location for our "wedding weekend of wow"- Wedding venue was an easy 30 min drive to Stove Prairie Ranch in Bellevue. Plenty of room and very well appointed VRBO. Hosts are responsive/communicative and we would recommend/consider for future stays for the greater Loveland area (convenient to RMNP, Ft Collins and Loveland proper).

This place is awesome!

We stayed here over Thanksgiving break and were so happy to be able to cook in this house and host family members in a beautiful setting. Even for those who live in the area felt like they had a mini vacation just by eating meals here. We were blessed with a big snow storm that blanketed this property making it more beautiful. There are so many nice touches in this house and it has more than enough space for everyone. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Simply Amazing!

Lovely cottage nestled in the foothills. We loved the outdoor blankets while drinking our morning coffee on the deck. The decor and bedding made this the most comfortable stay! Location was Perfect! Peaceful unforgettable family memories

Our stay at Beautiful in Loveland, Colorado truly exceeded expectations. The home was stunning, peaceful, and incredibly comfortable...especially with the serene waterfall/we water feature that made mornings feel like a retreat. I spent time in prayer. Our family enjoyed every minute, whether relaxing at the property or exploring the area. We spent time at Roosevelt Park and even made it up to Estes Park, where we were surprised with snow! It was magical. This home provided the perfect balance of comfort, nature, and adventure. Highly recommend, and we can't wait to come back!

Really perfect spot

The waterfall is life changing, and the noise cancelling from the busy road is next-level. The only thing we flagged was that the master bedroom doesnt have a private door from the room with twin beds, so if a person in the twin bed room goes to the bathroom or gets up, they have to pass through another persons room. It wasnt an issue for us but it might have been uncomfortable for others!

Breathtaking Indeed, with Epic and Ravenous waterfall.

Oh my goodness, we enjoyed our one week stay at Cooper Falls so much. We were most fortunate to have the water fall flow be so epic and ravenous for our entire stay. The home was very welcoming, delightfully furnished, and clean. The gardens swooped around the house and offer many places to venture out to the lush and charming landscape. The water fall was spectacular and the stream below was also a nice treat. Lots of colorful flowers, and on one adventure walkabout we stumbled on some veggies being grown. Tweety birds were seen enjoying the water fall and the water below. We hope to be back soon. We all had a most wonderful stay.
