This beach house was beautiful and convenient! It was close to the beach which i loved. This house is also comfortable and classy! Felt more like a home than a house!

Nice chill spot

We came here for a quick weekend trip and enjoyed it! Easy walk or drive to the beach across the road. House was nice and had what we needed.

Amazing Views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nina's home. She was in constant communication with us and the home was in perfect condition. The sunsets were amazing as well as watching the barges sail through the intracoastal way. We would highly recommend staying at A Wave from it All.

Stocked full of everything you need!

The host put a lot of thought into amenities and it was much appreciated. From phone chargers to coffee creamer, they thought of everything. The beach near here had a lot of mosquitos so just make sure you are aware of that and bring extra spray. If the walk to the beach is a little too long for you (it’s not far) you can drive less than a mile to a great spot that has bathrooms. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Adorable Beach House - Great Location!

This was a last minute getaway and we found a treasure! House is adorable in a cute neighborhood just down the block from the beach. Beautiful view of nature lands off the balcony while enjoying morning coffee and a stunning sunrise. House was well appointed with new, up to date amenities and felt very welcoming. Even outdoor grilling area and beach supplies. Host was fabulous with her communication and also welcoming. We felt very well taken care of. Just hubs and I, but plenty of room for kids or another couple. We will absolutely be back! Loved this new found vacation spot!

Great family time

Property was very clean and easy to access. Grounds were well kept. Our only suggestion would be this is a 2 bedroom and a loft. The ladder doesn’t seem safe for older adults or young children and it is not secured to the railing. It just seemed like a fall hazard. So we did not utilize the loft except to grab blankets. Otherwise, the home was FANTASTIC!

Pros and Cons

Pros- 1. Manager is very timely at responding 2. Property is new and nice, great neighborhood 3. Easy checkin and check out experience Cons 1. Ice maker would not make ice and freezer would not freeze our adult beverage slushies (they were eactually partially frozen when we stuck them in there from home and they turned to straight liquid). 2. The only accessible closet is in the guest room. 3. Upstairs is not very accessible due to extremely steep and unstable ladder. 4. The washer and dryer is a combo unit and takes about 5-6 hours per extremely small load. 5. Very limited sizes of pots and pans to cook with. We had to go buy some at the big store. Lots of the cons dont really matter so much with it being a beach house but i figured everyone would want to know all details.

This home has 3 bedrooms with 5 beds and 2 bathrooms making it perfect for up to 7 guests. Here is a breakdown of the rooms so you know exactly what to expect!

Bedrooms:
Bedroom one has a luxury queen-sized bed, plenty of storage space for your belongings, and a smart TV for your viewing enjoyment.

Bedroom two has a bunk bed with one full-sized bed and one twin bed. This bedroom also has a private workspace for anyone that needs to get some work done while they are away.

The third bedroom is the loft. Up in the loft, there are two full-sized beds and a comfy beanbag chair. This is the perfect place for the older kids that want a fun, unique place to hang out!

Bathrooms:
There are two full indoor bathrooms. Each one has a tub/shower combo, toilet, sink, and large mirror. Toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided for your convenience.

There is also an outdoor shower that’s super handy for rinsing off after a day at the beach or in the pool.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. It comes with complete amenities and basic cooking essentials like spices, oils, salt, pepper and even a cooking book!

Livingroom:
The living room is a great place to relax after a fun day exploring the peninsula. Kick back on the comfiest sectional sofa and throw your favorite TV show or movie on the flat screen. It has streaming capabilities so you can take your pick of anything you like!

Outside:
The community pavilion is a guest favorite! There is plenty of space for the kids to play and enough seating room for the adults to sip some drinks and catch up on life. Enjoy the private fire pit where you can roast marshmallows, cook hot dogs, or just warm your toes on a chilly night!
