Clean and Bright , AC , private fenced in backyard with fire pit , shed stocked with beach gear. Newly remodeled , well
stocked kitchen . Walk to local beaches , beach gear and linens provided. A short drive to Island ferries and shopping /dining on Main Street in Hyannis . Outdoor dining area with gas Weber grill . Everything is provided for a carefree stay . Linens included. Nearby restaurants within walking distance as well as Penguins Ice Cream Igloo , Luke’s Liquors and various shops . Wydah Pirate Museum is a 3 minute drive away and Seagull Beach is also a 3 minute drive from the home. Guests only need to pack their petsonal items since everything else is provided to make their stay comfortable and easy . The home is located in the mid- Cape making it a great spot to begin exploring the Cape from .

Perfect location

Wonderful home and host! We truly enjoyed our stay, we had everything we needed throughout our stay, our bed was so comfortable and the location was perfect! Although our stay was short we managed to fit in a lot, from a walk to the beach in the morning and an espresso on the patio to a fire at night time under the stars. The location is centrally located which makes travel easy to multiple locations with so much to do close by as well! I can't wait to visit again. Thank you Judy for your hospitality!

Great house, great location, great host!

Had a wonderful stay in the clean and comfortable cottage. Very picturesque!! Anything needed was there and waiting for us. Host was excellent regarding communication. A great VRBO in all respects!

Wonderful vacation spot for family

We had an amazing stay at Judi’s place. The home was beautiful, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed + more. The fenced in backyard was wonderful for our 2 year old son to run around in. Judi was an incredible host, extremely kind, helpful and communicative. She went above expectations to make us feel welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. She was very thoughtful about us traveling with a toddler and left our books, games and outdoor toys to make our stay even more fun and relaxing. We loved the location of the house- the neighborhood is great for walking and the proximity to the beach can’t be beat. Thank you Judi for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful clean

The home is beautiful, within close proximity to everything, and the hostess is beyond helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying there again in the near future. We had a wonderful time!

Wish I could give it 10 stars

This was the nicest stay we’ve ever had via VRBO!!!! The property owner is an absolute peach - so thoughtful, with an early check-in, extra toys for our child, and fresh, handpicked bouquets throughout the house. It felt both like a vacation and like we were at home (simultaneously an ahhhh of relaxation and the comfort of home). We are already looking at the calendar to book our next stay. Ten stars from us :) :) The location was amazing and the house was immaculately clean

Very clean, pretty cottage

Cottage was clean, well decorated and comfortable. Lovely gardens. Lacks a washer/ dryer but otherwise very nice!

Our cape getaway

The house is well appointed and comfortable both inside and out . Beautiful garden in front yard and nice canapoy outback for bug free outdoor dinners or hanging out. Good location close to some nice beaches and restaurants . The host are very friendly and accomadating. We had an A/C issue that they fixed immediately to make sure we were comfortable, and happy to share local knowledge. Great place , great time.You wont be disappointed choosing this one.

Responsive host, walkable to beach

Judy was a very responsive host. When we arrived we had an issue that she quickly addressed and rectifier without any question or push back. The property is a multi unit property which is not clear in description. Most of the unit is updated which was a nice benefit. Ideal distance to beach and walkable.
