Guest Access:
You will receive access code to the smart lock 2 days prior your arrival. The entire house is available for guests. The garage and two locked closets in the hallway are for the management/owners use only.

• PET POLICY: There is a non-refundable pet fee (per pet) and may have size and breed restrictions. Verify with us before you confirm your reservation.

• POOL HEATER: This property offers a pool heater at an additional charge of $35 per day, that will be applied to the entire stay. The pool heater will be turned on and set to 85. However, if air temperature drops below 70 degrees, it can affect the pool temperature. Pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
