Mardi Gras House features a private bedroom with queen bed and antique armoire, and a loft bedroom with full size bed overlooking the living/dining area. The deck is equipped with a dining set and gas grill (propane is provided.) Our hot tub is located under the spa building and is available to all our guests.

So much fun!

He is so friendly and welcoming! We had very open access to the property and amenities for our entire stay. Very nice and clean when we stayed. Keep in mind it was very tight with three people, especially in the kitchenette, and the grill was difficult to get working. We will definitely be staying again, the location was amazing for all the hiking we did!

We were in the area to do some hiking, the cabin is clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. Very quiet, lovely woods just outside the door. My 16yo loved the loft.

Beautiful property, pure tranquility and luxury spa accommodations!

I spent three nights in the Mardi Gras house just to get away from the city and life. I couldn’t have picked a better spot! Plenty of space to roam on the property, lots of interesting things to see, and the brew house/spa was an absolute delightful and surprising luxury! Salt room, sauna, then hot tub and I slept so well! I travel to this region for work and without a doubt, I’ll be staying at Steve’s from now on!

Weekend Getaway

We are a middle aged couple who went to the Mardi Gras cabin to escape reality for a bit. We are celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary soon and traveling back to the Athens area, where it all began felt right. The cabin was clean, all the necessary amenities were provided. Bed was comfy and the shower hot. We used the communial hot tub and it was easy to get to and use. The cabin had everything we wanted and were very pleased.

OU Graduation

Beautiful location, easily accessible! Directions to location are spot on and very easy to find. Property is clean, tidy, very charming, and relaxing. Booked for my nieces graduation from OU and moving my daughter out of her dorm at OU. Host and groundskeeper very friendly. Answered all of our questions and made us feel like we were old friends even though we had never met. My son and I loved hiking/exploring the immediate grounds. Hot tub was a plus! Clean, hot, and a much added relaxing bonus! Will definitely consider booking again next year for my daughters graduation weekend from OU.

Yellow cabin

The cabin and property are beautiful and quiet. Love the location and atmosphere! The hot tub is shared with other cabins on the property and is not located at the cabin. The shower curtain and some of the dishes were dirty. We felt welcomed and enjoyed our stay ! Would stay here again especially because we now know the layout!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The quiet rural setting makes this the perfect spot for getting away from it all. Morning Dew Hop Farm also offers a hot tub, centrally located and available for the use of all guests at no extra charge, as well as a Himalayan salt cave and a wood-fired sauna (ask your host for rates.) Both cabins have a gas grill (propane is provided) and there's a fire pit for use by all guests. Cell service is extremely weak but both cabins include free WiFi. Snuggle up and watch a movie, enjoy a beautiful view of the stars, or explore our 23 acres of woods and farmland.
