Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish beach house. Completely remodeled with all you need for a relaxing tropical stay. Centrally located off highway 3, you can explore the island at your leisure heading East or West there is so much to see and do. Many open air places to eat in either direction. 10 minutes from shopping center in Humacao where you will find Walmart, Marshalls and local stores. Up the road from us to the left is a local small grocery store. Or simply relax, fill the cooler, grab the beach chairs, beach towels provided and walk down to the ocean.

The stay was wonderful. Perfect location, cold air conditioning, safe neighborhood, and great house. I would recommend for everyone, even my grandmother.

Exceptional Host! Beautiful location!!

Elizabeth’s home in Humacao had everything we needed for our first time in Puerto Rico. This place was walking distance to the beach and close to a lot of local and delicious restaurants. Her attention to detail and fast response time made her an exceptional host. She even helped plan a beautiful surprise for my wife since we went for Valentine’s Day. If we get the chance to revisit Puerto Rico, we will definitely stay here again!

Love the property outside of any metropolitan area, close to beach and only 10 minutes from major box stores and restaurants.

Relaxing stay

Upon my arrival the house was spotless and very modern. It was perfect stay for a nice peaceful weekend that I was planning. I barely heard any neighbors. It’s only 10 minutes drive from major shopping area. I honestly only had to go buy food. They had everything I needed from a day at the beach or just chilling around the house.

We love to travel and truly experience the environment we are in. Puerto Rico is simply beautifully amazing. There is so much to see and do yet sitting back and taking in the sounds of the ocean, sleeping to the rhythmic sound of the coqui and waking up to the calling of the rooster to get your day going is priceless. No matter where we go, I always end up saying I wish one of our friends or family members were here, they would love this! Which got us started on getting involved with vacation rentals. Sharing a space for all to enjoy.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Punta Santiago was first hit by Maria, we wanted to invest in helping rebuild and bringing this gem of a spot back to life. You can see Monkey Island, Vieques from the beach. You can take a 20 minute drive to catch to ferry for a day trip to Culebra. We are very close to the Nature preserves and can sit on our front porch and see the mountains of El Yunque. We are located 40 minutes from Luis Marine airport in San Juan. We purposely chose here to truly take in living on the island and having a beach to ourselves yet being able to hop on the highway and head to any town we want to explore.
