Renovated in 2023 and just 20 miles from Sault Ste. Marie and the Soo Locks! Watch the Great Lakes freighters on the St. Mary's River. Our condos are located right next door to a small mom & pop store complete with all the pantry items and perishables, souvenirs, and even fishing bait! The Cozy Corners Restaurant (with bar!) is one of the best in the area and has outdoor seating and a dock for your boat (extra charge)! Conley Point DNR Boat Launch only 4 miles away. From boating and fishing to ice fishing and snowmobiling...Barbeau Michigan has it ALL! Upper level sleeps 10, lower is separate unit (listing #3310756) and can sleep up to 6!

We enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning and a comfortable place to return to after each day of outings! The restaurant across the parking lot was convenient

Great Spot!

Great place to stay, super clean, great view of the water, you can see some amazing freighters gone by, plenty of room, easy, check-in, easy checkout, great kitchen, very friendly general store next to the House, amazing food at the restaurant right behind the house,, 25 minutes from to the soo,20 minutes to Brimley,, just an amazing place to have a great experience for up north, highly recommended, we will be back, thank you for the hospitality that we received during our stay

My friend and I couldn’t have found a better place to stay to watch freighters! The cleanliness was very impressive and had all the amenities you would need to feel at home. The store next door had EVERYTHING you could need and was great to grab a drink or snacks before hitting the roads to explore the UP! I look forward to coming back in the next several years.

Loved the location

Very spacious and clean. The party store and restaurant steps away was awesome. Close to Sault Ste Marie and Kewadin Casino. Would definitely stay again.

Fishing trip

The place is amazing, the owners are great to work with, they also own the restaurant, the staff they have and the food are amazing, couldn't ask for more easy and pleasant stay, we're going back in a couple weeks for another trip, hopefully get on some hog perch, thanks Sara and Ron for the wonderful time we had Thanks Clay and clan

Great experience

The property was extremely clean. Nice layout for our group. Owner stopped by to see if we needed anything. They also own the restaurant next door and the food and service was outstanding. They even cooked up the fish we caught. Cozy Corners Bar and Grille. Would highly recommend staying there. We will be back the next time we come up.

No Complaints

My son’s graduation from LSSU was this weekend, so the whole family came from downstate to attend. Plenty of room for the 10 of us and the baby (we rented both floors). We spent much of our time playing cards and board games, and enjoying snacks. Great view of the river. The owners also own the restaurant next door and make excellent pizza.
