Palm Valley CC - Gorgeous View! Golf Course Island Green w/Mountains & Water

You'll just love our 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo. Our condo is on the 2nd hole of the Challenger golf course. You can hear the fountains loud and clear from our beautiful patio and the main bedroom while you’re drifting off to sleep. We have a beautiful built-in barbecue on the patio for your grilling needs. There are over 46 pools to choose from, but the best pool in the complex is only steps from the back patio.

The condo is fully remodeled with comfy furniture. Our kitchen is fully stocked. Flat screen with HDTV in the living room and flat screens in both bedrooms. No worries about getting a good night sleep. All of the beds are of high quality. We also have ample appliances, including a washer and dryer in the utility room as well as a dishwasher. Wireless internet is also provided.

Palm Valley Country Club is a guard gated community. There are two golf courses - both designed by Ted Robinson and a full tennis facility. Guests have access to the 85,000 square foot magnificent clubhouse, which includes two restaurants and an adjacent elegant cocktail lounge with a panoramic view of the mountains and Championship Golf course. Every Friday night is PASTA NIGHT in the main dining room - an event not to be missed. The facility also includes a full spa to pamper yourself.

We have a 2-car garage with one space available to keep your car cool and clean. Outdoor parking is also available for an additional car. You can also take a spin on our bicycles for a bit of exercise and fresh air or stay inside and enjoy a puzzle or board game. Beyond the gates of this facility, there are so many activities to choose from, including a huge number of restaurants - from casual dining to fine dining. There is also theater, golf, hiking, bicycling, world-class shopping and so much more.

Home was very pleasant; great location; location of property to pull was great. Would stay again I do think starting laundry or dish washer should be part of the cleaning fee. We just did dishes by hand was just easier. Filtered water from frig didn’t work but not sure if it was supposed to; ice worked fine, great hosts.. friendly and accessible

Beautiful property

The golf course is so pretty! Great location, quiet and clean home. Home had everything we need to enjoy our Stagecoach weekend. Only negative was the pools were not well maintained, algae growing in all the pools we visited.

The condo was absolutely perfect, exactly as described. 10 min away from the Indian Wells tennis garden. The property owners are the nicest and provided assurance that everything would be ok even before getting there.

Outdoor sunset view excellent. Kitchen well stocked and equipped. Comfortable beds and plenty of linens. the only downside was the train so close to property, but we did adjust after one night!

Place was beautiful and well appointed. Everything in good working order and fairly well stocked. Beautiful view and property. There were some areas which hadn't been cleaned well: base of guest room toilet, light switches and kitchen counter, but otherwise clean. Also, we didn't know in advance that there would be a unit above us- they were quite noisy at times (children visiting?). Master bed was very comfortable- could we find out the brand? Overall, very nice place. Thank you.

Needs a Refresh

Property is in a beautiful location. Dinnerware needs to be renewed as dishes have many chips. Glasses were inadequate. Duvet cover in guest room has big rip in middle so the duvet was flipped. General cleanliness in cupboards was lacking. Showerheads need to be unplugged. When we booked this condo, there was no mention of the upstairs unit.

A perfect vacation

We have stayed at this property several times. A great place to relax with beautiful views and warm weather. The condo was well stocked, clean and in a gated community. Our favorite things to do was watch the golfers from the covered patio and cooling down in the beautiful pools. Plenty of activities, shops and restaurants in the Palm Desert/Palm Springs area. You won’t be disappointed!

Spring Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. I was so impressed how the kitchen was appointed everything you needed & more. The owner was very accommodating whenever we had a question, the bed very comfy and the view was amazing not only from the living room but the bedroom as well. Really enjoyed watching all the ducks.
