Private Oasis 5 Mins to Manasota Beach

Charming 2 bedroom/2 bathroom home in Englewood, located 2 miles from Manasota Beach. The beach is close enough to bike to without having to go on the main road. This home has a screened in lanai to enjoy coffee or relax at night, a fully equipped kitchen with sitting room for four at the peninsula, 50' Smart TV in the living room and a TV in the king bedroom, wifi, washer/dryer, gas grill, games, goodies and more! Bring your bathing suits and sunscreen, we have the rest covered! There is even enough room to store your boat.

The house consists of two bedrooms with the main bathroom in the hall and the other bathroom on the other side of the house with the laundry (detergent provided). Each bedroom has a large closet with hangers provided.

The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, condiments & utensils provided, as well as coffee (keurig and french press) and tea. There is a peninsula in the kitchen that leads out to the living room with room for 4.

The king bedroom has a TV as well as the living room. All TVs are Smart TV's. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella, toys, beach and cooler bags are provided.

There is a gas grill in the carport with the utensils in the kitchen. The backyard is very private and quiet, perfect for a relaxing night on the lanai.

The home is conveniently located near downtown Venice and Dearborn street. We have a list of places that we enjoy and we know you will too!!

The house was perfectly located for our travels. Really quiet neighborhood. So close to the beach. Loved having items to use for our beach adventures. Found SO many sharks teeth. Owner was a pleasure to communicate with. Would highly recommend!

Quiet neighborhood retreat in Englewood

This home was perfect for visiting friends for the holiday while having our own place! Much better than a hotel. Very convenient to Manasota Beach. Clean, quiet, and very safe neighborhood. We had a lovely 6-night stay.

Everything was fine

It had all the essentials we required. We never felt uneasy, thanks to the cozy furnishings. Mornings spent sipping coffee on the lanai while observing the animals especially rabbits were truly enjoyable. We would be happy to come back anytime.

Perfect Location for a Beach Get-Away

This cozy home is convenient to all of the Manasota Key Beach, and only a short drive to several others in the area. It's located in a nice family neighborhood. It's immaculate and the owners are very accommodating. Comfy beds, great shower, washer & dryer and so much more. I'll be back. You can't go wrong booking this.

Perfect little getaway

This home was a perfect little getaway for my husband and I while we were in town for a wedding. Super close to Manasota Beach was was awesome for shark tooth hunting! Perfect distance from small towns and great food. The home was a nice size, not too big, not too small. Had many usually items in the kitchen so we didn’t have to eat out every day. Highly recommend!

Property clean and well equiped. A curtain on the bathroom off the kitchen and the door to carport deadbolt wouldn't lock. Other than those items we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect little house

I was traveling with my parents to look at properties in the area for them this little house was close to all the main roads, it was clean and the owner let me check in a little early. Kitchen had everything we needed for a short stay and the extra bath off the kitchen was not fancy but it was great for us as it had a walk in shower
