Beautifully constructed home with great canal and waterway views!

Come and get A Wave From It All! Each room in this home has deck access that offers wonderful waterway and canal views. An added bonus is the extra-large rooftop deck that boasts a 360-degree view from which to enjoy our famous Sunset Beach sunrises and sunsets. Guests can also take advantage of the community walkway, which is just across the road, that takes you over the waterway that leads to an open deck perfect for spotting the unique wildlife of the area. When you're finished enjoying the beautiful view outside, you will find a reversed floor plan inside with an inviting and open kitchen and living area with a large screened tv on the second floor. There's plenty of room to spread out inside with four queen bedrooms on the first floor, one of which offers an additional trundle bed, and share Jack and Jill bathrooms. You will find the master king room on the second floor. Living room and all bedrooms have ceiling fans. Highchair seat and pack-n-play available. Other amenities include a gas Blackstone grill, tankless water heater, outside games (corn hole, Jenga, and Connect Four), and 2 kayaks with use of life vests. Linens included.

April vacation

The house was very nice and clean. We didn’t like only having one fob to get in the gate. And it would be nice if there wasn’t so much construction going on. Always going to Sunset Beach!

Know What You're Getting Yourself Into

Overall, it was fine and served its purpose. Agree with other reviews that the kitchen was well stocked and the ice maker was a plus. The house looks much bigger in the pictures, than actuality. While it says it can sleep 11, we were feeling cramped with 9 people in the house. The beds were not very comfortable and the rooms were small and hard to move around in. Did not realize that it was in a gated community, this made entering / leaving much more challenging. You must rent a golf cart if you want to easily get to the beach as walking would take 30 minutes. The house ran out of propane, which meant no hot water and no cooking on the stove for almost 24 hours, which was a really bad experience. Working with Sloane Realty (who helps manage the booking) was easy, but we will not be renting this house again.

Great House for a Big Family

We love going to Sunset beach because it’s less crowded, but close enough to Myrtle to enjoy the attractions if wanted. The house was very beautiful and big. The kitchen was awesome and we cooked all our meals during our stay. It was stocked with pots, pans, plates, some spices, etc. it also had a separate ice maker which was very convenient. We grilled outside. My sister took the kayak out also. Only thing is that some of the bathrooms didn’t have hand soap. We tried looking, but couldn’t find it. The beach was close, but walking probably would have tired us out. So we drove to another family friends house and parked there. In a car it was just down the street, but parking would have been a little inconvenient and walking after a long day at the beach with all our gear would have been tiresome. We really enjoyed our stay. It’s a great house and just make sure you coordinate for the gate since you need a fob to get in.

Beautiful home, bad location

Loved the home, beautiful views, inconvenient location. Weird that the bedrooms on the 1st level had no TVs, and lamps in them. The grill wasn't clean, and the floors were dusty but the kitchen was stocked everything we needed. The need for a gate key fob to come and go was a pain to coordinate, and having to drive to get to the beach was not convenient. New paid parking regs were also not fun!! Nice house overall but closer to the beach so we can walk instead of paying for parking is best for our large family.
