Welcome to “Making Memories” by Clearwater Beach Vacation Homes

Makin’ Memories is a charming vacation retreat featuring a refreshing pool, 7 comfortable bedrooms, and 5 well-appointed bathrooms, along with a cute cottage. Ideal for large families or groups, this property offers ample space and a perfect setting for creating unforgettable seaside memories.

Need to Know
- House will sleep 18 comfortable, but no more 14 adults.
- Beach is an easy 5 min walk
-Renters between ages 18-25 must pay REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $1,000.
-Property is monitored by a camera at the entrance to the front porch and another on the southeast corner looking to the backyard.
-After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS.
-Dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee per dog

Essentials:
-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.
-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.

Please be advised: Due to our property management account with VRBO, we collect the remaining balance if you are outside the 60-day window after your check-in date and after your down payment has been made. Payment can be made via PayPal with a 4% convenience fee, Zelle with no fee, Venmo with no fee if sent as friends and family, check with no fee, or credit card with a 4% convenience fee.

Note: Pool heaters run from Nov 1-April 1 (if pool is not reaching 80 degrees earlier then Nov 1, then we will turn the heater on for your stay, otherwise if the temp is 80 or above we will keep it off. Pool heaters do not run 24 hours a day. Pool pumps run 8-12 hours a day and that is when the pool heaters work. Additionally, pool heaters may not reach temp if when temps drop into the 50s or lower.

Everything was wonderful. The home was easily accessible, clean, roomy, welcoming, had great parking, and was extremely well-appointed. We had a slight issue the first daytime, but it was taken care of immediately, even though it was a holiday.

Christmas vacation

We celebrated our family Christmas at this rental. It was perfect. Everyone had a private place to relax. Plenty of bathrooms. The living space was roomy enough for all of us to gather for meals and fun. We greatly enjoyed the outdoor space. The pool was perfect, the grandkids had so much fun swimming. The location was great. A reasonable walk to the beach and central Clearwater restaurants, bars and the marina. We would definitely consider this property again.

Family Vacation

Best vacation ever!!!

This house was absolutely awesome. We had 8 adults and 6 kids and it was perfect. Plenty of bedrooms,huge open kitchen area,and loved the pool,especially after days at beach. Walking distance to everything including N.Beach. And Alan was the easiest to deal with. Would definitely recommend and hope to go back.

Great Spring Break Vacation Location

House was perfect for our large group of family and friends staying for 10 days. The pool is a little shaded in the evenings and perfect after a hot day at the beach. The beach wagons were great and made the short walk to the beach quite easy. Everything on the island is walkable and there is a park just across the street. Great location and great house.

great get away

This property was perfect for our family vacation. My dad and his wife really enjoyed the cottage being separate as they are older and prefer more quiet time. We had 15 adults and enjoyed all the amenities. The location, indoor and outdoor spaces were very accommodating for our group. The check in was very easy. The owners were so friendly and helpful when we had to store our luggage there 6 hours before our check in time.

Family time on clearwater beach

The property was restored from hurricane damage and was in fine shape for our arrival. We enjoyed the accommodations, especially the pool. Bedrooms were quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed walks on the beach, fishing and pickleball at the library/community center, a block away.

Great place close to the beach and anything you need!

Fantastic property, has everything you need and almost everything you don’t. Had a golf trip with a group of friends, everyone had their own room! The house is well stocked, and a great host that had everthing ready for us. The property was extremely clean and very well maintained. We had a fantastic time!

Perfect location

Everything was as advertised. Check in was a breeze and house was in excellent shape. Owner was kind enough to have some distilled water on site because we arrived late in the evening. Would stay here again.
