Secluded property on 60 acres, with private heated pool, pool house, & terrific views of Lake Otsego. Two bedrooms, kitchen, and large living area. Outdoor deck with panoramic views for grilling and dining. Five minutes to Village of Cooperstown, 15 to 20 minutes to Dreams Park, and 5 to 10 minutes to Glimmerglass Festival and Opera. Please note that while air conditioning is not needed in this area, this property has no air conditioning.

Beautiful Property

What a great listing! I would definitely stay here again. The property was stunning and the house had everything you need (coffee filters, oil/spray to cook, laundry detergent, etc). Rooms seemed bigger than I thought and had great views!

The house was a great option for a family rental for a week of baseball. It was very clean, the grounds were beautiful, the views were stunning, and the pool was terrific. Very easy checkin instructions as well.

Didn’t realize there was no air conditioning which was probably my miss. So it got a bit warm at times. But everything went well and loved the privacy being off the beaten path. Pool looked nice but so busy didn’t get to use. Nice stay!!

Great family location

The view was beautiful and the house was perfect for a quiet family getaway. We spent a whole day in the pool, which was our kiddos' favorite part. The house is starting to show it's age, but was clean and well appointed. We were close enough to town to see all the sights, but far enough away to enjoy the beautiful landscape.

Excellent Property

This house was close to the village yet you felt like you were in your own private world. We all enjoyed the heated pool which was especially nice since we hit a chilly week. The house was very clean and functioned perfectly for our family of 4. The hosts have a gem of a property here and we hope there is availability next year!

Highly Recommend

We stayed here during our grandsons week at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The house was very comfortable and super clean. The view was beautiful. The pool was fantastic and we were able to use it when we had some down time between games. Our hosts responded quickly when we needed clarification on anything. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful!!

We were in town for the Cooperstown tournament with our son. This house and property was perfect for us while he was staying at the field. Relaxing and comfortable, also easy to get to the village but felt like we were a million miles away from civilization, in the best possible way. Thank you again for allowing us to enjoy your home.

Family trip

If I could give 6 stars for communication I would
very helpful and supportive. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Being totally honest, not having ac was tough at times during our July stay, but we made it as there were plenty of fans and on less humid nights doors opened with screens worked. Would highly recommend for a secluded get away in country!

Wonderful Place!

We had a fantastic stay in this place. The location was a bit hard to find, but once we did, it was gorgeous. It’s only a few miles outside of town, but you feel like you’re in the middle of the woods (in a great way). The place is perfect for two parties (two couples or whatever), and way bigger than the pics would indicate. The upstairs has bedroom, den, bathroom, and deck, while the downstairs bedroom has its own screened in porch and bathroom. Great open kitchen, patio, and a deck built into the edge of the forest overlooking the lake. Oh, and the heated saltwater pool is wonderful. The owners were great, responding to several questions in very short time. Highly recommended.

Picture Perfect

Amazing location at the top of a hill with a cross breeze and view of the lake. Kitchen is very well stocked, and I did not have to ‘make due’ as with most rental kitchens. This excites me because we cooked 5 out of 6 nights stayed. A close drive to Cooperstown Dreams park where our son was playing. The weather was not ideal to use the pool, but it looked to be in great shape. The beds were very comfy. Property is as listed which is a bonus as well. No AC. but did not need it with the cross breeze, shade , ceiling fans, fans provided and update NY weather in general. Owners were very responsive! Highly recommend and would definetly stay again!!

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful time at this location. The house was clean and well kept. It had everything we needed. The split sleeping areas were great as the kiddos could go to bed early and the adults could hang out upstairs. The pool was such an added bonus feature for all to enjoy. The only minor detail I would leave for feedback is to clarify the directions (GPS takes you to another location) but the owner quickly helped us so it wasn’t a problem. If the instructions indicated this odd GPS navigation issue prior we might have avoided it. Lastly, the outdoor grill was pretty dirty and well used. We ended up not using it because of this fact. Just feedback for the owner and nothing that would be a dealbreaker. One of the best experiences we have had and lots of memories were made.
