The house was beautiful and very comfortable. The deck is the best feature and the grounds around the house are well maintained. We also enjoyed the nice quiet neighborhood.

This was an absolutely gorgeous place with wonderful amenities, like a hot outdoor shower for when you come back from the beach, a library of books, and a grand piano. There is a fan in every room, plenty of towels, and great communication with the managers. This is a terrific place to stay.

We’re originally from SB and know what to expect! The house was an older style but was great! The location was close to Montecito and the beach. Loved waking up and having coffee on the great deck, needs some updates but still great. Communication with Cliff was amazing. He always wrote back in under an hour. Clean big property, suggest getting rid of the slide. We loved to see all the different plants. Really gives you an idea of the SB feel. Few minor things but not even worth mentioning. Great stay, great host!

Perfect vacation home in Santa Barbara

We had a great stay, the house is very comfortable, well equiped and decorated with care & good taste. It’s close to the beach and Montecito. The owners are very responsive as well. If you are staying in Santa Barbara with your family this is a great choice!!

Santa Barbara house

The house was very clean and set up nicely. It is very convenient and close to the 101 freeway with easy access to the waterfront and downtown. It has a gated driveway, big backyard and deck/grill that would be really nice in the warmer weather. The host was easy to communicate with and responds quickly. I would recommend this to families traveling to the Santa Barbara area.

Beautiful, comfortable cottage on a quiet street.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Perfect location, windows to let in the cool breeze, and a sunny deck overlooking yard with a variety of trees and lots of birds. We loved the vintage coastal decor.
