I would stay here again. The complex is a bit dated and is not well lit, but the unit is great. I will absolutely stay here again if I ever need a spot Iin this location.

Great Location

Beautiful location, quiet neighborhood. The complex was clean, as advertised, and managed by Luis excellent. Close distances to everything Phoenix/Mesa has to offer. Host was very accommodating and responsive. I would stay here again.

Really nice place, everything is close to it and glad I was able to stay here. Luis provided us with shampoo, conditioner, etc. Check in process was smooth and instructions were clear. Very quiet community. I would stay here again if it’s available.

Quiet, Clean and Reasonably Priced!

This condo has everything you need for a reasonable price. Close to and walking distance to Sloan Park, which was the absolute selling point for us. Complex is very quiet and clean. Manager checked in on us to make sure we were settled snd if we needed anything to not hesitate to contact. We recommend this property for anyone interested in a safe, clean, quiet and reasonably priced condo for a visit to AZ! Cubs Spring Training for sure!!

It was kinda hard to find, due to the condo is pretty much in the middle of the complex and the name on the website says The Cozy Cub, but the name is Los Racimos. Quite a bit of a walk from where you have to park, but once you reach the destination it is perfect. It looks exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and felt like home. Luis was great! He stayed in contact with us to ensure everything was okay. I will most definitely stay there again

The condo is in a great location! However, in general the condo needs updating. I found parts of the condo to be dirty. The bedroom carpet had stains. The patio door was extremely difficult to open. The bathroom door knob was coming off so I fixed it. The paint on the kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanity was chipping.

I enjoyed my stay at this property. Overall the unit was clean, the only exception I noticed was the door to the closet where the heater is stored was caked with dust. This can be a concern for allergy sufferers. The property was very quiet and peaceful during my stay, and in a convenient location. There were many necessities supplied, such as laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent. There are a couple of pools on the general property, too. The host was responsive any time I had a need or question. I definitely recommend this property for a great experience with your stay!

Condo was great. Clean, quiet and cozy. Good location. It was a little difficult to find. Property address that is provided is wrong and the map that was provided needs another cross street shown to be helpful. You have to park on the street and then walk to the condo. Owner messaged that the cleaner was running late but should be down a few minutes after the 4pm check-in time. We showed up 4:30 and the cleaners had just arrived and told us it would be another 20-25 minutes. We weren’t going to walk back to the car with our luggage, so we waited in the hallway. Could have been avoided with better communication. Other than the check-in issue, we enjoyed our stay

Comfortable & Quiet

Condo is perfect for two. All basic necessities available. Luis provided prompt response to questions and ready with all info needed. Three items that need addressed: 1) There is no onsite parking. Must park in the street outside the condo property. Makes for a trek with luggage, especially on hot June days. 2) No kitchen towels, and only three bath towels. 3) Two cleanliness issues. First, couldn't get our clothes to dry in the dryer. Issue was lint trap and dryer vent were completely clogged. Both need a good cleaning. Second, the louvers on the door to the HVAC was caked in dust. Not pleasant to see. But one major plus is how quiet the unit is. You hear nothing from the neighbors, no outside noise at all. If the three above issues are addressed this would be a 5-star stay.
