The house was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed all three outdoor spaces - it's a great place to hang out and enjoy the view and the weather!

Hilltop was the perfect spot for our family vacation. Easy check in, great view, comfortable home, good location to shops, beach, and restaurants as well as Santa Barbara. Shelly was a great host! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Exceptional beach bungalow

We did a family girls trip and the house was perfect for 3 groups of two. Beautiful view and plenty of seating arrangements to enjoy conversation and time together. The space was very quiet. Cute downtown area and Santa Barbara was just a short drive.

Perfect Santa Barbara VRBO

What a wonderful property. The view and ocean breeze into the living room through the open accordion doors was delightful. Summerland is the perfect distance to all that Santa Barbara has to offer, but with a peaceful neighborhood vibe. Plenty of great restaurants just down the hill within walking distance. Worked well for hosting a small get together with family and friends and a visit with our daughter at UCSB. Would rent again

Serene, Relaxing Getaway

This was the perfect place to meet up with old friends and spend several days lounging and exploring Summerland, Montecito, and Santa Barbara! Convenient access to Santa Barbara airport made it easy for folks to fly in. Great food, laughs, and conversation! Would definitely do it again

Santa Barbara Wedding

Our family was in the Santa Barbara area to celebrate the wedding of our youngest daughter. Looking for a place to accommodate 5 adults and 1 baby served to be a bit of a challenge, then we found Shelly's place in Summerland! It was perfect! Her home is inviting and comfortable, clean and well maintained inside and out. AND the view, beautiful! The breeze that flows through the home once the front and back sliders are open was one of our favorite things about the house, not to mention coffee in the morning with family and enjoying the view of the ocean. Shelly was easy to communicate with, quick with her response. The whole rental process was easy and worry free. Summerland is a sweet little town, my husband and I are looking forward to our next weekend get away there. Thank you Shelly for sharing your home, we will definitely be back. Kelle

Gorgeous ocean view

We love Summerland! House is big, at a great location and has a gorgeous view of the Pacific Ocean. Hostess Shelly is fantastic.
