Sparkling Clean, Stylish 1-bdrm w/parking - 5 min to hiking & beach!

Soak up a modern, beach vibe in this spacious 1 bedroom guest suite with vaulted ceilings and easy parking. Fully stocked kitchen, full-size bathroom w/ tub, two-smart TVs, just minutes to the coast (Doheny State beach is closest) & amazing hiking trails with ocean views are right above the home! Guest Suite is attached to the main house, however you have a completely private entrance and there is no access between the two. Suite is private and very quiet! Just a 2-minute drive from downtown Dana Point with shops, restaurants, & the historic harbor. Located conveniently where Dana Point, San Clemente & San Juan Capistrano meet, with convenient access to the 5-freeway.
*Additional sleeping options include queen air-mattress, twin roll-away, and small futon-sofa (perfect for children). Linens provided for all options. Main room has a ceiling fan, and portable AC & heaters are provided.

Great Stay

My wife and I had a great stay. Accurate to photos. Nice quiet neighborhood, but close to everything. Nicely stocked. Excellent communications. No problems at all. Would for sure stay again.

Great stay

True to photos, such a lovely space! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. There can be a little noise from voices of people staying at the adjoining space. Bed was comfortable. The futon and cot are suitable for children, but would be likely be uncomfortable for an adult. There is no outdoor space, so keep that in mind if you enjoy sitting on a porch to drink your coffee etc. There is no washer or dryer, but there is a nearby laundromat called Surf Cycle that will wash and fold your clothes for $2/lb next day pickup, or $2.50/lb same day pickup. If you like Thai food, you HAVE to try Thai Paradise. Hands down the best Thai food we have ever had. The spring rolls and chicken pineapple curry were our favorite. For a delicious meal on the beach, try Lost Pier Cafe in Laguna Beach. There is a nice playground nearby at Lantern Bay Park in Dana Point that also has a great view.

Marie grew up in the area and we both feel lucky to have settled in this special place. We both love the ocean and the vibe a beach town offers. Plus, you really can't beat the weather here!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We fell in love with this quiet neighborhood, perched on the hill with amazing views! One of our favorite parts about this neighborhood are the miles of hiking trails located just up the hill, that stretch up and down the coast with incredible 180 degree views of the ocean & surrounding cities.
