The resort was very nice with everything you need. The on site restaurant food is great. Nice cook and cocktails. Beach access is perfect with a gas station next door. We love SPI! Friendly staff and very helpful with our bags.

Returned to enjoy this place again!

This is my 2nd time staying here and I have had great experiences both times! The resort is on the beach which is perfect, they rent umbrellas for day use and they have a beautiful pool to lounge in. The customer service is amazing and everyone is helpful and very friendly! The location is great and they have an awesome restaurant on-site that serves really good food and drinks. I highly recommend this place.

Great hotel right on the Beach

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was very convenient to both S. Padre Island Blvd. and Port Isabel. The staff was super friendly and kept our rooms clean. The city has a FREE bus shuttle that's based practically across the street that takes you everywhere you want to go and comes back around about every half hour. Wish they had a microwave and ice machines on more than the bottom floor though. We'll definitely go back again!

Could use some refurbishment

While everyone was friendly and helpful at the hotel, the room could use some updates. The bedding had some stains, the face mirror was completely rusted, the lamp shades had stains, and the floor was dirty.

Nice Location

The stay was good. It was a good price so did not expect much. The pool was really nice. My only complain was the pull out bed was broken and not very comfortable to sleep on. Other than that the stay was good the location was great you could just walk out to the beach. The parking was what had me worried but it was really not as bad as people made it seem in the comments. There’s a place to pull up to the side of the building to drop off your things. Overall I would definitely stay there again.

Too expensive for what was offered

The room was small with very narrow corridors, the elevator was timely in arrival, and the internet would never connect. You’d figure with this price connecting to the internet would be seamless

Very disappointed when we arrived our room door was broken so we were moved to another unit when we moved units the air filter was broken from the wall and very dirty had not been changed in a very long time. I requested a late check out that was denied. At the end of the day I closed the curtains and the entire curtain came unattached so the room was very bright early in the morning. There was no body wash in the shower and the bathroom sink had no hand soap. Not being able to wash hands or shower properly was a huge inconvenience. I called the number provided over 10 times with no response. Still waiting to hear back from management.
