Surf rentals, ice cream shops, great bars, and local dining options are also within walking distance of home. Splash Harbour Waterpark is only a mile away.

The bright, flowing interior showcases a modern coastal design motif, with Spanish and saltillo tile accents adding a touch of Mediterranean flare. A beautiful decorative fireplace provides the perfect centerpiece for casual conversation in the main living room. The open-concept floor plan seamlessly connects the space with the kitchen area, where gourmet appliances and gorgeous countertops are sure to spark mealtime inspiration. Comfortable seating and a large smart TV are ready to welcome family movie nights in the upstairs living area. Kids will love the custom, built-in bunk sets and primary guests will be able to pamper themselves in the private en suite bathroom featuring an oversized soaking tub.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Family Beach Trio
This house was so perfect for our large family trip. With 11 of us we had plenty of room for everyone. You could not ask for a better location with a quick walk to the beach! This house was perfect for our trip!

House was very clean and big. Location was great. Short walk to the beach. We used the beach chairs and umbrellas. Property manager was great, they fixed any issue we had right away. We would definitely recommend this property to any large family.

Great family vacation!
We had a great time here!! The location was perfect, the home was beautiful, and our family loved every bit of it. Especially the pool which was perfect for Littles!! We love Indian rocks beach and this was the perfect house for us!

Indian Rocks Vacay
Great location- easy beach access across the street! The beach access is less busy than other spots, so easier to find a place for your stuff. Good beach gear with the house- wagons, chairs, umbrellas were the perfect accessories to have. Pool is great for cooling off for days you want to avoid sand and salt. The kitchen isn’t set up well for a lot of cooking- best for quick/simple meals only. House was clean, check in and out was super easy and good communication with Vacasa as the property managers. Would stay here again!

IRB getaway
An amazing house. This house had everything we needed for a getaway to the beach: beach chairs, umbrellas, beach trays and wagons to use on the very short walk to the beach. The layout of the house was perfect for three generations of family. beach was beautiful and I crowded. My family liked all the furnishings and interior design of the house.

Our three families enjoyed our stay at this house. The house is large, beautiful, and a short walk to the beach. We appreciated all the pool and beach supplies – beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and wagons to haul the beach equipment to the Gulf. The kitchen needs to be stocked with more utensils, cooking items, pizza pans, pots and pans, etc. We had some issues in the kitchen, mostly with the stove. Only a few small eyes on the stove worked— which was a major inconvenience for us as we are a cooking family. The management team tried to resolve the problems, but it was not resolved during our stay. Overall, the major positive to this house is the location to the beach, and it is close to everything needed for a large family reunion, especially the two ice cream shops in walking distance!

Beautiful home!
Location is perfect!!! We had 4 generations stay in this home and it fit everyone’s needs. We loved all the beach toys and chairs. The pool was shaded during our stay and a little chilly but still beautiful. Considering the price of the home we felt the main living room furniture and mattresses could have been better. The only bedroom with a TV is the master and the bunk bed room got very warm and there’s no fan. Overall we loved the house and will be returning again for another family vacation.

Great house, close to beach, no pool heater
The house is brand new and beautiful, and so close to the beach. It also had tons of beach chairs, wagons, umbrellas, etc in the locked closets under the carport. However, no one provided this info for us and we had to go digging around, so seems like there should have been a more comprehensive welcome note. Also, there is no option to heat the pool. For how expensive the house is, this is frustrating - the weather was in the low seventies during our visit so it was too cold to use the pool. Definitely a waste since it is so nice! Not sure if I would stay here again because of that in the off season.

Custom gulf coast gem
We rented this for a ladies trip. The location is great… very short walk to the beach ( basically across the street from the 12th Ave beach access). The street it is on has a few houses that look a bit run down but this house is beautiful and very new. A couple things to know: The house does have a beach chairs to use. There were not umbrellas ( even though mentioned in description). We bought two so they may still be at house 😊 there is a company that has the nicer beach chairs and umbrellas that they will set up for you but that is only up the beach at the 17th Ave access. So we did have to bring our chairs and umbrellas back and forth which wasn’t ideal but our area of the beach was way less crowded than the 17th Ave beach access. We did use the trolley into Clearwater…. There is a pickup at the top of the street. The pool is a nice addition but (at least in November) it does not get a ton of sun. That may be a plus in the hot summer months after a hot day at the beach. Overall, this is a beautiful home in a convenient spot in Indian Rocks.

Amazing beach house
We loved this house so much. It’s was incredibly clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The pool is fabulous and the beach, restaurants, shops are an easy walk. Overall a fantastic property!

Fabulous beach vacay
We had a wonderful time in this lovely home! The pool was great to use and convenient for afternoons. The walk to the beach was so easy and short, and a great because was right over the dunes. The house is spacious, lovely, well-supplied and very relaxing. Lots of nice touches that make it feel high end and cozier than a hotel or regular rental home. I hope we can return to this great place again soon!
