Brazos River Retreat

Newly renovated, with all new appliances and furnishings! This 3BR, 2 BA home has 2 king beds and is located directly on the Brazos River. With river access right out the back door, you can fish, swim or kayak. Bring your own boat for sailgating or relax under the twinkle lights on the large deck with seating/dining for up to 12. The spacious backyard boasts a new gas grill and a fire pit! This location is a short 15 minute drive to the Silos, Baylor University, and so much more.

This is a private home, so you have access to everything except the owners closet.

Life jackets and beach towels are provided. There is a child's kayak and also a two person inflatable kayak in the shed.

If you are staying with us on the Thursday, we kindly ask that you set the trash bins at the street for pick up Friday morning.

We had a wedding to go to in the area and it was a great place for the cousins to gather and play catchup! We fished, we enjoyed the fire pit by the water, we grilled and enjoyed family time! July 4th family vcay

We had a great stay. It was 4th of July weekend and it did rain our whole stay. That did not stop us! We enjoyed the dock for fishing and a few fireworks with the kids. Ventured into Waco! A good sized yard for rain football! Michelle was quick to act when needed. 10/10 stars! I sat on the porch and watch my adult boys have a blast! We definitely plan to come back when it is not raining!

Great rental!

This was the perfect rental for our family of 6. Not too far outside Waco, quiet neighborhood, clean, beautiful, on the river with options to enjoy it. We had everything we needed while there. Great comfy touches like cozy blankets, games, and snacks.

Heritage homestead conference.

We had a pleasant stay. The house was at a great location. It was very beautiful beside the water and the outside. For me, the windows could have been cleaner. That was one downer, but maybe that is just me. But other than that, it was a great stay.

Excellent Family Vacation Spot

My husband, two kids and their families stayed over Easter weekend and it was fabulous. The house was very roomy and comfortable. The outside space had an awesome deck with lots of seating. The yard as huge and there were games in the shed to play with. We also swam off the dock. The weather was perfect so we spent a lot of time outside. Would definitely rent again.

Very nice house in quiet neighborhood.

Very nice house located right on Brazos river. We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed every day. Lots to do in the area. Would love to come back during warmer weather to enjoy the deck, yard and river. Very clean, owner was very quick to respond when the door code wouldn’t work. Lots of small touches that were very much appreciated.

Girls weekend

Great waterfront spot! Very clean and just what we were looking for. Loved the patio for morning coffee and evening sunsets. Neighbor’s dog was the only complaint waking us up very early but that can’t always be helped by owner.
