PARKING:
Street parking is NOT permitted by the County. Please be sure to keep all cars parked in designated parking spots in order to avoid tickets, fines, and/or towing of vehicles.

HOUSE RULES:
1. Guests must complete third-party verification process and submit a copy of their identification to match at check-in.
2. No gatherings/events without prior written approval.
3. No pets without prior written approval.

HOT TUB:
We offer a hot tub with LED lighting. It is serviced and balanced prior to arrival and heated to 100 degrees Fahrenheit for your convenience.
FAMILY & PETS:
We are family and dog friendly! Children 2 years old and above must be included as part of the total guest count. Please send us your dog's breed and age when booking. We do require a $100 pet fee and ask that you agree to our pet policy. We offer dog beds and dog bowls available for your convenience. Please keep pets off of all furniture including sofas and bedding, to minimize the risk of additional cleaning charges or unforeseen accidents or damages. Please be sure to pick up after your pet and dispose of waste in the proper garbage bins located near the driveway. Please see our House Rules for more information.
EXTRA GUESTS:
Guest count must not exceed the occupancy of the property. Keep in mind there is an added $50/night (plus booking fees & taxes) per guest for additional guests if approved. Any day guests must be approved prior to arrival. Day guests must leave by 10pm and are limited to a total of 4 guests. Children are considered as part of the total guest count.
VENDORS:
Please note that the spa is serviced before and after every arrival and departure. For bookings of 3 days or more, our technicians will provide a complementary mid-stay cleaning and balance. They will not enter the home but need to access the backyard. Landscaping and gardening service is on Fridays or on an as-needed basis based on weather demands.
PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS! We are in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Please follow our County’s Good Neighbor Policy of no outside noise after 10pm and before 8am. Guests must refrain from any outdoor music, noise, or other disruptions that may cause a disturbance to the community during quiet hours. Failure to respect quiet hours may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
RESPECT:
There are strict county ordinances regarding excessive noise and light pollution after 10pm. Please respect our neighbors, and refrain from loud noises and outdoor music by 10pm. The home is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Removing the decibel monitor will result in a full security deposit loss and/or additional charges. Sink into the sounds of desert solitude, peaceful nights, and starry stars...
CHERISH:
Some of the things visitors to the high desert cherish the most are clean air, mesmerizing night skies, and the abundance of wildlife and fauna. Cigarette butts, trash and food left on the ground can hurt our precious ecosystem.
CLEANING:
Health & safety is our number one priority. Our in-house cleaning team is trained on CDC and WHO protocols. We take extra measures to ensure the home is sanitized and safe before every arrival. For this reason, we aren’t able to offer early check-ins or late check-outs. Thank you for understanding!
PHOTOSHOOTS & VIDEOS:
If you’re interested in doing a photoshoot or video shoot for commercial/business use, please share the details of your project ahead of time. You MUST get approval beforehand! If approved, we have an additional fee for licensing and usage. Photoshoots for your personal social media accounts are welcomed!
WILDLIFE:
You’re surely guaranteed to encounter wildlife on your stay including families of Quail, rare Albino lizards, insects, snakes, coyotes, and endangered tortoises and kangaroo mice. Please use caution when outside, especially at night with any pets and children.
NO SMOKING:
No smoking or burning candles. This is a non-smoking home. Any and all smoking should be kept outdoors at least 15 feet away from any exterior doors. There will be a $250 charge for anyone not honoring this guideline.
BACKYARD FENCING:
While we do have fencing around the entire property, please always keep an eye on your pets and children. Desert critters don't find fencing to be a deterrent to them in our shared habitat.
EV CHARGER:
There is not an EV charger at the home, but there is a Tesla Supercharger conveniently located in town. There is also a public EV charging station nearby at Joshua Tree Distillery, which allows charging for up to 2 hours per day.

Street parking is NOT permitted by the County. Please be sure to keep all cars parked in designated parking spots in order to avoid tickets, fines, and/or towing of vehicles.

We loved our stay. Perfect location, perfect amenities, and great communications. The whole family enjoyed the pool table and the game room. Beds were really comfortable and we loved the decor. We definitely recommend this place to others!!

The house was as nice and clean as the pictures; zero surprises! Everything worked great, house was well stocked, check in was easy, neighborhood was quiet and close to entrance of Joshua Tree park. Great property for a family or a couple!

Clean and comfortable. The best stocked kitchen Vrbo I’ve ever been in. Everything is high quality like you’d have at home so cooking was easy. Close to JTNP visitor center and entrance of park. The house is very small, but cozy.

Good for Families
The house was nice, no complaints. Had to call for check in information because it was never sent but the call only took 5 mins. The backyard is much nicer looking in the pictures and there are some very minor issues with the house that could be improved. Overall, was satisfied with the house.

Book Club adventure
The house was as advertised. It was clean and pretty. The bedrooms were small but perfect and they all had very nice bedding. The location was convenient for visiting Joshua Tree via the West entrance. We ordered takeout both Friday and Saturday and all comfortably fit around the dining room table. A perfect place for our adventure.

beautiful JT retreat
Loved the furnishings and pristine condition of space. Outside fun with hot tub and SOOOO many games to play. Only improvement is to put in a water filter, because the water is undrinkable. Note also that if you get hundreds of emails every day, don't search for VRBO because the property owner corporation is a DIFFERENT name; made checking in more challenging.

An Outstanding Property Located near the National Park
I and my wife, along with our two daughters and two granddaughters (5 & 1) stayed for a week at this beautiful property located near the Joshua Tree National Park.
The property is extremely well maintained and well equipped. The garage with the pool table was an added bonus. The hot tub is well maintained and we enjoyed relaxing in it. We were a largish group and made good use of the modern kitchen and the barbecue.
The hosts were very responsive and quick to act. On the first day we arrived fairly late in the evening and faced some small issues. We called the hosts and they promptly sent across someone to resolve everything.

Property Not as Described
We never received any information on getting into the property despite calling multiple times the day before and the day of - When calling the emergency number they told us they would contact the owners and call us back - We heard nothing - then at 5:30 ( check in was 4:00) we finally received an email about getting into the property- On the surface the house looks great but it was clearly not kept up - the oven did not work there were no kitchen essentials such as paper towels, syran wrap, aluminum foil, pepper . The kitchen outlet did not work . the outside area had weeds everywhere and the picture shown in VRBOs site showed nice wooden Adirondack chairs - instead we had plastic chairs around the fire pit - The house itself was nice but not maintained well at all -

It was nice with some caveats
Unfortunately, it started with missing check-in instructions, so we finally got them after an unanswered message and a phone call (although the first email was still missing after calling). The URL to the guidebook doesn't work since it was written with xxxx instead of the actual UR. We didn't need it, but it was kind of a big miss. Towel hangers were falling off the wall in two bathrooms and one kitchen cabinet door. Apart from that, the place was okay overall. We did email the property owner about a possible humidifier since it was so dry, and the heat had to be on at all times to stay over 64F. While it's okay if they didn't have one, they said they would get back to us but didn't. After two more emails, nothing... That wasn't very reassuring.
