Summary:
Spacious 2-story townhome has everything you need for easy Beach Vacationing and is within walking distance of the Beach and Boardwalk. Living Room has plenty of Seating (with Queen Sleeper) and a gas Fireplace. Full kitchen with a Microwave, Dishwasher, Range, Refrigerator, more. Fully enclosed with 6 ft. privacy fencing, with plenty of room for outdoor grilling and dining. Come up the stairs and find 3 Bedrooms, along with 2 full Bathrooms. You can see the water from your Front Porch! PETS ALLOWED

Guest Access:
Smart lock on the door & you will receive a unique door code for your stay; arrival instructions will be sent out several times during the week leading up to your stay VIA EMAIL. If you do not sign the renter agreement, the arrival instructions will not send out. Please ensure that is properly signed when you book to make it easier. CHECK SPAM folder if you do not see the arrival instructions in your email box! THX

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. Great vacation

Great location, easy off-street parking, pretty clean. Only negative was that some of the furniture seemed dated and was a bit uncomfortable. Overall great vacation experience. Would rent again.

As Promised

The property is in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from the beach. It is located within the boundaries of the boardwalk and fit the entire family comfortably. Jodi responded quickly and courteously to all inquiries.

Rental was good overall. Upon arrival, the air conditioner was not effective. As we arrived late, we were not able to have this fixed until the following day, but quick communication and a quick solution were very appreciated. Items such as toilet paper, paper towels, and bathroom towels were not sufficient in their supply for our stay.Home is efficient and perfect setup for a short vacation at Ocean City.

Classic Shore House

I stayed here for my bachelor party. The house was fairly clean with only minor flaws. The outside space was relaxing and there was plenty of room to sleep all 7 of us. Thanks!

Great place and location!

The unit was clean and in a great location. Property manager checked in with us the first day to let us know of a couple repairs the previous renter had mentioned (loose towel bar and things like that) giving us the option to have them fixed or wait until we left. Easy to walk to the beach and main strip for restaurants and shops and boardwalk amusement park was a very short drive. Rooms were all clean, linens fragrance-free and no smelly air fresheners which is a big plus for us. Overall we had a great, comfortable vacation here!

My fan had a good time. We only stayed 3 nights. We lucked out with the weather too, everyday it was supposed to rain & never did so that was good. Walking distance to beach & boardwalk. I didn't have to use my car the whole time we were there. We were able to walk our dogs to the bay area where there was enough grass for them to "use"

Disappointing place

If not for the location and property manager service, we would have left once we got there. I understand it’s OCMD but paying $6K for 9 nights, I expected things to be in tip-top shape. The faucet in the one bathroom was broke, meaning they knew it was broke and didn’t care since they just turned off the cold water valve to it. The grill was literally rusted so much it was falling apart. The inside wasn’t cleaned thoroughly including our beds, which had sand in some of them so we had to wash the sheets after our first night there. Both outside stairwells had paint chipping off and the inside stairwell as well. We had our dog with us and that was cause for concern. There were weeds everywhere and the outside is just overgrown and not maintained at all. Also, there was no hose/water supply hooked up outside to rinse the sand off. The positives were that the location was good and the property manager did what she could with trying to rectify some of the issues. She brought over her own grill to use in the meantime and had a service guy come out and fix the sink and gave us a small gift card for our inconveniences. Point being is that this property is left go and does not look like the pictures being shown. Completely false advertisement.

Lots of room on a great location

Had a great stay for four nights over Memorial Day weekend. The rental had plenty of room for our family of four and our dog. For once my kids didn’t complain about the beds being uncomfortable! The unit is in a great location with easy off-street parking. There is an also a nice fenced-in back patio which we enjoyed in the evening. The owner was very responsive and great to deal with. Would stay again!
