Welcome to your spacious 2-story waterfront townhome, the perfect home base for your beach vacation!



Main Floor:

Living Room: An inviting space with plenty of seating, a cozy gas fireplace, and a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests.

Full Kitchen: Comes equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, range, and refrigerator, making meal preparation a breeze.

Private Patio: Step outside to your private, fully enclosed patio with 6-foot privacy fencing, complete with a grill for outdoor dining.



Upstairs:

Bedrooms: Three comfortable bedrooms provide ample space for everyone to unwind.

Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms for your convenience.



Enjoy views of the water from the front porch, the perfect spot to start your day.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire townhome. Enjoy seamless self-check-in with our smart lock system. You will receive a unique door code for your stay. Detailed arrival instructions will be sent to you via email in the week leading up to your arrival.

Great vacation

Great location, easy off-street parking, pretty clean. Only negative was that some of the furniture seemed dated and was a bit uncomfortable. Overall great vacation experience. Would rent again.

The property is in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from the beach. It is located within the boundaries of the boardwalk and fit the entire family comfortably. Jodi responded quickly and courteously to all inquiries.

Rental was good overall. Upon arrival, the air conditioner was not effective. As we arrived late, we were not able to have this fixed until the following day, but quick communication and a quick solution were very appreciated. Items such as toilet paper, paper towels, and bathroom towels were not sufficient in their supply for our stay.Home is efficient and perfect setup for a short vacation at Ocean City.

Great place and location!

The unit was clean and in a great location. Property manager checked in with us the first day to let us know of a couple repairs the previous renter had mentioned (loose towel bar and things like that) giving us the option to have them fixed or wait until we left. Easy to walk to the beach and main strip for restaurants and shops and boardwalk amusement park was a very short drive. Rooms were all clean, linens fragrance-free and no smelly air fresheners which is a big plus for us. Overall we had a great, comfortable vacation here!

My fan had a good time. We only stayed 3 nights. We lucked out with the weather too, everyday it was supposed to rain & never did so that was good. Walking distance to beach & boardwalk. I didn't have to use my car the whole time we were there. We were able to walk our dogs to the bay area where there was enough grass for them to "use"

Disappointing place

If not for the location and property manager service, we would have left once we got there. I understand it’s OCMD but paying $6K for 9 nights, I expected things to be in tip-top shape. The faucet in the one bathroom was broke, meaning they knew it was broke and didn’t care since they just turned off the cold water valve to it. The grill was literally rusted so much it was falling apart. The inside wasn’t cleaned thoroughly including our beds, which had sand in some of them so we had to wash the sheets after our first night there. Both outside stairwells had paint chipping off and the inside stairwell as well. We had our dog with us and that was cause for concern. There were weeds everywhere and the outside is just overgrown and not maintained at all. Also, there was no hose/water supply hooked up outside to rinse the sand off. The positives were that the location was good and the property manager did what she could with trying to rectify some of the issues. She brought over her own grill to use in the meantime and had a service guy come out and fix the sink and gave us a small gift card for our inconveniences. Point being is that this property is left go and does not look like the pictures being shown. Completely false advertisement.

Lots of room on a great location

Had a great stay for four nights over Memorial Day weekend. The rental had plenty of room for our family of four and our dog. For once my kids didn’t complain about the beds being uncomfortable! The unit is in a great location with easy off-street parking. There is an also a nice fenced-in back patio which we enjoyed in the evening. The owner was very responsive and great to deal with. Would stay again!
