Sunlight floods through floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, carrying the dry warmth of the Coachella Valley indoors and drawing your gaze toward the mountain ridgeline beyond the backyard. Days here have their own rhythm - slow mornings with coffee at the dining table, afternoons drifting between the pool and the patio, and evenings that wind down under an open desert sky beside the hot tub.

The home
Nestled within the Signature community at PGA West, this three-bedroom, 3.5-bath home is laid out so that togetherness and personal space coexist naturally. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas flow into one another, anchored by a large sofa and TV in the living room - a comfortable place to land after a day exploring La Quinta. The layout makes it equally easy to host a lively group dinner or simply retreat into a quieter corner of the home.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 8 guests across three bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, TV, and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower, with direct access to the pool area. The second bedroom offers a king bed and TV, while the third bedroom has a queen bed. All rooms include bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, and clothing storage. An air mattress is available upon request for additional flexibility.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is stocked for real cooking - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, baking sheet, wine glasses, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and barbecue utensils. A dining table seats the group comfortably, and the BBQ grill outside means meals can easily move outdoors when the evening calls for it.

Outdoor living
The fully fenced private backyard is where this home truly shines. A private pool and private hot tub - available all year, open 24 hours - anchor the space, surrounded by an outdoor dining area, BBQ grill, and outdoor furniture. Mountain views frame the backdrop, and the fenced perimeter gives the space a genuine sense of seclusion. Pool heating is complimentary in summer months (the pool naturally sits between 85-95°F); from October through May, pool heat can be added for $50 per day to reach 88°F. Hot tub heat is always complimentary.

Amenities & comfort
The home is equipped with Wifi, a dedicated workspace, air conditioning, central heating, and a ceiling fan. You`ll also find a washer and dryer, iron, bathroom essentials - including hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel - plus an Ethernet connection and exterior security cameras for added peace of mind. Self check-in is handled via keypad entry; your unique code is issued before arrival, so getting settled is seamless.

Family-friendly & pet-friendly
Families are well looked after - a crib and Pack `n play/Travel crib are available upon request, and board games are on hand for downtime indoors. The home is pet-friendly: certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs are considered at an additional fee (no cats, please).

Community & location
Within the PGA West community, guests have access to a pool, fitness center, bocce ball, and shuffleboard. Ernie`s Bar & Grill is within walking distance, and the Stadium Course is close by. The Empire Polo Grounds - home to Coachella and Stagecoach - are less than 4 miles away. Old Town La Quinta, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, surrounding golf courses, and Highway 111 shopping and dining are all within easy reach.

Good to know
Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available at no extra charge if the schedule allows. Long-term stays are welcome. Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay; a mid-stay clean can be arranged for an additional fee. We recommend against shipping packages directly to the home, as we cannot be responsible for deliveries. The property has HOA noise limit requirements in place - feel free to bring your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy. Free parking is available on premises and on the street.

NOTE: We have many homes in PGA Signature either connecting, or within a few doors of this specific address. Opportunity to rent multiple homes right next to each other is available. Please inquire for larger groups!

Please carefully review all PGA Signature Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit.

PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can`t be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street.

VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles.

VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.

NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.

Loud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!

PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:).

POOL/HOT TUB (RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT)

You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to any of our plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property.

Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys` fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.
