Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. This property was advertised as "newly renovated." It definitely was not. The grill was falling apart and wouldn't light. The shower handle in the bathroom was broken, so it only sprayed out scalding water or freezing water. The refrigerator broke, all of our ice cream melted, etc. The sliding door handle broke off. The washing machine didn't work. The dishwasher doesn't work properly. The upstairs sliding door doesn't lock. The outside downstairs light doesn't work. The downstairs closet light doesn't work. The toilet paper holder is broken. The beds were nice and the view was beautiful. The parking situation is awful. The management company was helpful, but we had to spend much of our vacation tending to the broken house. That is not what we paid so much money for. We would definitely NOT recommend renting this property.

Great Location

Property managers went above and beyond to resolve any issues. They brought batteries for remotes, propane for the grill, and helped with WiFi issues. We were nervous when we saw other poor reviews but did not see a bug in sight!

Lots of roaches

Roaches everywhere. Reported to property manager. She was very responsive but the exterminator refused to spray anywhere except floor of kitchen. There were roach traps on the counters and in the cabinets when we got there so the owners are very aware of the infestation. Exterminator said same and said owner is only doing a bandaid instead of treating. We bought food first day of trip but we’re so grossed out with the bugs that we couldn’t eat on the property. Roaches got in our kids clothing. Saw 11 roaches in bathroom last night. Roaches in the silverware drawer, in the dishwasher. All over the kitchen. Will never stay here again. The most disgusting place I have seen in my entire life. Paid over $6000 for the stay and lost over &500 in groceries. Location is incredible though - right on the beach.

Bad experience

The house is in excellent locations to not take care of they are cucarach all over the house you can not eat seeing thos rodents . When we arrive the trash was over full no space to put more . Bathrooms was not clean at all . Sorry for mu review but is to hel other and your self
