You will have access to everything in the house except for a small maid closet next to the front door (it has a lock on it).

The driveway holds 3 vehicles (possibly 4 if they are all cars). The neighborhood will tow any cars parked on the street.

I will be available during your stay through messaging through the Airbnb app/platform or text/phone.

A very quiet neighborhood located near the border of Sanford and Lake Mary which makes it very convenient to both!

Driveway can hold up to 4 vehicle. You can park on the street during the day but not overnight. There is a parking lot at the pool if you would prefer to drive to the neighborhood pool instead of walk.

14 Guests: 2 in each of the 3 main bedrooms + 1 on a twin floor mattress in the master, 6 in the Bunk/Game Room (4 on the bunk beds, 1 on the couch and 1 on a twin floor mattress), 1 on the couch in the living room. At full capacity of 14 guests things will be a little tight.
No Drugs (This includes marijuana. Penalty for breaking this rule is a $250 deep cleaning fee & loss of booking)
Outside quiet hours 11pm - 7 am (Please respect the neighbors. Penalty for breaking this rule is potential loss of booking)
Parking in driveway only (street parkers will be towed by the neighborhood)
No additional guests other than those on the original booking (even if they are not spending the night, unless agreed upon ahead of time)
Do not go below 72 degrees on the thermostat
Do not open leave windows/doors open with the A/C on
