Big pile of stone left in front of garage door , trash cans in garage full of empty cans , garbage in trash cans next to house , house was very clean inside . No deck out sliding doors , huge gun cabinet in dining area that host will post a note about charging a 1,000 fine to any damage done , you won’t see this note to day of check in make sure to video the cabinet there is damage already done , exp. No glass, nicks, some stains. Easy to get to right off pavement not far from town.

We are currently working on the driveway and the gravel was put off to the side. We left enough room for access to the garage. The garbage pick up is on Wednesday’s and we are only allowed two trash cans. We will definitely check to see if it was picked up last week. The large can in the garage is for cans to be recycled. The gun cabinet was made by my son when he was 16 years old. We have not had any complaints regarding it being there in the past. Yes, it does not have glass in it for risk of breakage or harm. The listing does not show a deck off the patio door because that is also a future project of ours. We appreciate your feedback.

Great, central location

We would recommend home in Calumet to anyone visiting this region; it proved to be a fantastic central location to visit Copper Harbor and Houghton. The home is better than pictured with high quality appliances and supplied conveniences that enhanced our visit. We are from the area born and raised. There isn't much of anything we don't know about the local area, feel free to ask anything!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

I grew up in this house from age 2-21, I purchased the home from my mother 4 years ago. In 2022 we went together and created Superior Capital LLC to do a complete renovation on this home and start doing short term rentals. This is the first home we flipped and finished and we are looking forward to doing many more!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This home is unique due to its location. Right outside of the Calumet township border, right off the main trail, and near a gas station within a few hundred feet. It also has amazing views of the Osceola #13 mine shaft that was operated by the Calumet and Hecla Mining Company. We are about 1.2 miles from the Swedetown Ski Trail system.
