The Midtown Retreat is THE BEST LOCATION in downtown South Haven, just 3 blocks from Lake Michigan and 1 block from downtown restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, shopping, entertainment, the farmers market, and seasonal ice rink.

Perfect for families and groups, the home features a private hot tub, fire pit, patio with propane grill, and a lower-level game room with air hockey and foosball. Spend the day at the beach or exploring downtown, then come back to relax with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for the whole group.

Inside, you’ll find 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living and dining areas, fast WiFi, Roku TVs, YouTube TV, central heating and air conditioning, an electric fireplace, and in-home laundry.

The 5 bedrooms include 1 king bed and 4 queen beds, giving families and groups comfortable sleeping arrangements and plenty of space to spread out. A large 12-person dining table provides room for group meals, games, and time together.

The lower-level game room offers another gathering space with air hockey and foosball. Beach towels are also provided for days at Lake Michigan.

Outside, enjoy the private hot tub, fire pit, patio, propane grill, and outdoor seating. The walkable location makes it easy to enjoy the beach, downtown, marina, trails, restaurants, shops, nightlife, and local events without spending your trip driving around town.

A backup generator provides added reliability during your stay, and starter bathroom essentials are provided for arrival.

Girls GetawayThis was our 18th year for our girls getaway to South Haven! We loved the location of the house to town, the firepit, hot tub and plenty of bedrooms for the 5 of us. We especially enjoyed many conversations on the front porch. If you have a large group, I would definitely recommend this property. Thanks Aaron!!!

We had a fantastic stay at this house. We loved the screened in front porch, the hot tub and the wonderful location so close to town and the beach. The owner was absolutely terrific in responding quickly and taking care of the only small issue that came up. The owner also came to our rescue when our car wouldn’t start as we were getting ready to leave. He was there in 15 minutes with his friends to help jump the car. Can’t say enough about the great treatment we received from the owner. We would definitely stay again.

Our stay was fantastic. The house was even better in person. Perfect spot to enjoy everything South Haven. Anything we wanted just a short walk from the house. Our host (Arron) was a joy to communicate with. Will surely be back to stay in fall. A can't miss location.

This house is HUGE! It was in a great location close to a lot but also on a quiet street. Clean and updated. Host was in communication and had no issues while we were there. Would definitely stay here again!

This home was perfect for a few days away with friends in early March. The glassed in front porch was very cozy with a space heater to take the chill out. The hot tub was heated and ready for use. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The downtown shopping area is very close. Highly recommend.

Amazing location in South Haven!

We had a wonderful stay for 2 families with little kids! We were so close to downtown South Haven! The house is also a very quick walk to the Kids Corner Park and Beach! Host was super helpful and house was gorgeous! We are planning our trip for next year!

Growing up here gave me a deep appreciation for everything that makes this area special, from Lake Michigan sunsets and beaches to orchards, wineries, small businesses, and the welcoming community that keeps people coming back year after year.

When I’m not hosting guests, I work as a local physical therapist, helping members of our community stay active and healthy. Hosting short-term rentals is an extension of that same passion for serving others. My goal is to provide a clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed place where families and friends can relax, reconnect, and create lasting memories.
