Great place, cool spot by the water. The trail down to the water is awesome with a sweet little waterside porch. Spacious house. It is right on the highway, so it is pretty loud outside the house. Owner was great and very responsive.

Amazing house with all the amenities and great location, super clean and beautiful scenery!

Our family had an amazing experience here, we loved everything from the spacious and clean home to the gorgeous outdoor oasis. My kids loved the hot tub and game room and kayaks on site made a very easy and enjoyable trip down the Black River that is literally feet from your front door. Highly recommend staying at this property! We will be returning.

Spacious home comfortably housing our family of 7 adults and infant. Enjoyed area in garage getting in my workouts. Large kitchen area and master suite was wonderful. Recommend to any 3-4 house families looking for an area to spend quality time together

Such an amazing place!

This is one of the nicest properties we have stayed at in a while. It had everything you could ask for
. Comfy Beds, Hot Tub, Close to Town, Melt Away Couches (Super Comfy) and so much more. Do yourself a favor and stay here! I know we will be back!

Our stay was fantastic! The house was exceptional!! Huge kitchen area and the open design was quite comfy, Nice rec/exercise room. Way more house my wife and I needed this time, but couldn't beat the price. Hot tub was clean and ready to go. The house was located on a nice quiet cul-de-sac and perfectly situated to support our plan of running south to Benton Harbor and north to Saugatuck hitting every beach in between. Had a wonderful time. Host (Aaron) was awesome in communication. They have done a very nice job on this place. Felt like we were relaxing in our own home. We will be back to stay.

This riverfront home has been a passion project. I’ve transformed a ranch-style house on nearly two acres into a private getaway designed for active families. It offers a unique balance of space, privacy, and convenience—perfect for those who want to enjoy the outdoors without being surrounded by crowds. Guests can relax by the fire pit, paddle the river with the included kayaks, or hop on the nearby Kal-Haven Trail for a scenic bike ride or walk. All of this is just minutes from downtown South Haven and the beach, making it an ideal spot to experience the best of summer.
