The property is a 2br/2.5ba, completely furnished townhome. The unit is located at the back of the property near a preserve where residents enjoy walking their dogs or hanging out. The neighborhood is quiet, and everyone seems friendly. Residents have been spotted walking throughout the property for exercise. The neighborhood is pet friendly and pet owners are encouraged to maintain their animals by picking up excrement and ensuring they are on their leash while outside enjoying and exploring the neighborhood. This townhome is close to downtown St. Augustine, grocery stores, a variety of food locations, and the closest beach just under 4 miles away.
