Perfect spot for a night away with my friends for a birthday getaway! Place was clean, neighborhood was quiet and close enough to reach a lot of the festivities St Augustine has to offer.

Very nice, quiet neighborhood close to the sights and good restaurants. Master bedroom with w/i closet and bath isLocated in back of house with a step down from kitchen into game room and step up into the bedroom.Bedroom 2 with Queen bed, bedroom 3 bunk bed. Bath is a tight squeeze to enter, well supplird and water pressure is great. Nice screened in back porch with large dining space. Kitchen is fairly supplied for cooking-in, large french door refrigerator, glass top stove, big sink.

We had a wonderful long weekend at the house. The location is amazing. Very easy to get to anything you need while staying there. The neighborhood is quiet. We had everything we needed at the house for the weekend. Beds were comfortable! We would definitely stay here again.

Easy parking, house clean with what was needed. Plenty of space both inside and out. Liked the fully fenced yard. Dog enjoying laying in the sun without being tied. Fans on back porch made being outdoors comfortable. Lights meant playing cards after dark. Very close to everything. Some walkable if we wanted.

Very peaceful place to stay. We took advantage and cooked a few meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Enough space for all 6 adults. Very close drive to old downtown. Great communication from the time of booking all the way thru after checkout. If we return to St Augustine we will stay there again.
