PET POLICY: We can accommodate 2 dogs under 50 lbs at the home. The dogs must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year.
-Pets must be added to the reservation PRIOR to check in and $49 nonrefundable pet fee will be included per stay (guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay)

This place is absolutely gorgeous. Clean, beautifully decorated, everything you need to have a wonderful stay and vacation. The host was easy to communicate with, very quick to respond, and very accommodating. I have nothing but great things to say about the home. My family and I truly enjoyed being there. Highly recommend it.

It was a wonderful surprise to find the home to be exactly as depicted in the pictures. Very clean. It was close to the downtown area where we enjoyed shopping and dining. You must eat the cuban cuisine at Columbia. It was fantastic!

Weekend Concert Getaway

Property was as advertised. Comfortable and nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable. Communication with host was great. Check in and check out was a easy. Would definitely consider staying when in the area again.

Great Getaway

Our family had a truly wonderful weekend celebrating my birthday at this amazing St. Augustine house! The house was perfect for my mother, husband, sister, and brother-in-law - it was spotless and very comfortable. Plus, being close to the historic district was a bonus for exploring. I would highly recommend it!

This fabulously appointed property is fully stocked; and will be my go to place in St. Johns County. The property is situated in a tranquil neighborhood located within mere minutes of everything one needs or wants; and features a private, fenced in backyard. Check in was a breeze; everything was clean and fully functioning; and my guests were as impressed as I was. Our only concern was visibility to the indoors from outdoors, through the unobscured kitchen window, back door window treatment, and master bathroom window. Nevertheless, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, accomodations and host!
