The perfect blend of historic charm and modern convenience in this beautifully appointed suite. Every detail has been carefully considered to create a truly unforgettable stay. The spacious bedroom and living area feature a luxurious king-size bed and a smart TV for your entertainment. An oversized desk overlooking St. George Street provides a dedicated workspace, and a mini fridge keeps your refreshments cool. Relax on the comfortable couch, and enjoy complimentary coffee and snacks. Your stay includes a parking permit for your convenience. The private bathroom is fully equipped with all essential amenities, including body wash, shampoo, hand soap, and fresh towels. Step out onto your private balcony and enjoy the views of historic St. George Street, with the sounds of live music adding to the ambiance. This suite is located on the second floor and requires access via stairs.
Guest Access:
Enjoy access to a private living area and a full bathroom. Parking at a near by lot with included permit for your convenience.
The Neighborhood:
Easily walkable, the Historic District of Americaâs Oldest City is home to captivating Spanish-Colonial architecture and landmarks. Hop on the Old Town Trolley and spend a day visiting notable places such as the Castillo de San Marcos and Ponce de Leonâs Fountain of Youth. St. George Street offers up historical sites amid shopping and delectable dining. The St. Augustine and City Gate Distilleries, San Sebastian Winery and Whetstone Chocolates all provide tasting tours and for those who love a good spook, check out the historic ghost tours of Americaâs Oldest City. Cross the Bridge of Lions and head over to the Alligator Farm Zoological Park and Anastasia State Park to immerse yourself in nature. Beach days come easy hereâVilano and St. Augustine Beaches are just minutes away, and with 4WD access, you can drive right onto the cinnamon sands and soak in the Atlantic breeze.

With you being in the heart of the Historic District, you are able to get everywhere by walking! But if you would like to explore the beaches, you will need a car. Parking is available at the parking lot located at 7 Cordova Street with the parking permit provided in your unit.
Other Things to Note:
- No parties, events and/or smoking inside allowed.
- The guest must comply with the rules under the guest rental agreement.
- The guest booking this property must be at least 21 years of age when they book and stay with us. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, as well as to comply with local laws and regulations.
- All primary guests must complete the online pre-arrival form/contract via the PMI St. Augustine Guest Portal prior to their check-in date. This will help to ensure that all guests have easy access to the property and arrival information needed for a hassle-free check-in process.
- The access to the unit is located on the side of the building and is on the second floor of the building.
