Luxurious penthouse beach front condo available for rent at very competitive rates. This two bedroom condo is located on the top floor of the Surfside resort and has only recently been renovated and refurbished. This luxury unit will accommodate four people comfortably.
Complimentary beach service of a daily set up of umbrella and 2 chairs is included with this rental. A $250 value!
This luxury unit comes complete with:

Wendie's penthouse was very comfortable. It had all the amenities for a good stay on the beach. The ability to have beach service was a plus. There is a toaster, microwave, full-size refrigerator, an electric stove, plenty of silverware and other accessories. The view is fantastic and the place is located close to Winn-Dixie and CVS. Wendie is always available to answer questions and provide recommendations. Checkin and checkout was easy. Chana Overall a fantastic place to stay.

Perfect room, great location, great beach access, private elevator access to room. Very quiet, Wendie was awesome to work with. Chairs and umbrella setup included was awesome and saved time and money. We ate at the restaurant on site and it was very good food. Excellent hamburger. Easy walk to whaletail restaurant and surf hut both on the beach. I will stay here again.

This was exactly as advertised! Wonderful view from every window! Wendie was great and resolved the only issue we had (key card issue) quickly and efficiently! Condo had everything we needed for our stay and the beach service was definitely a plus!

Very private, quiet, and clean!

This was exactly what we were looking for as our much needed getaway from Nashville, TN. The condo was spacious and private, plenty of room for my husband and I and my mother. Wendie met us upon arrival and was there to answer our questions and was there in seconds to help us when we got locked out. We will definitely be planing a stay here again!

Awesome Time!

The condo was fantastic! Comfortable beds, great decor, fully stocked kitchen, and the most amazing views in Miramar Beach! The host Wendie met us when we arrived to give us parking passes, resort bands, and just to let me know to contact her if we needed anything. I am definitely recommending this property!

So very nice

This accommodation is very nice, comfortable furniture and beds, great showers, kitchen great although we only used the fridge and microwave. Can’t wait to stay here again next trip to the beach!

Stay was awesome, but after the stay the host accused us of some damage to a kitchen table we had not even touched during our visit. I will not return, we are a very quiet family and only swam, ate , and watched tv.
