When I first got there noticed the back door handle was broken. There was no dishes or utensils to be found . Come to find out they were still in the dishwasher. Never have I rented a place where I had to empty the dishwasher from the people before . The furniture was old and stained . The floors made our feet black and the master bedroom sink was completely clogged . I had called the company about the door and utensils before I even realized about the rest never heard back from them .

Check in was perfect. The kitchen was not as furnished as others I in my experiences. The Wi-fi worked and it was convenient to the beach.

We had a great week. Apart from having to reach out to Vrbo a few times for details on how to get into the property our stay was great! Close to the beach and a short bike ride to restaurants and shops.

Xanadu A1- Super cute place

The location of the condo's was really convenient and the whole complex was super cute. Our apartment was perfect for the 6 of us. The beds were amazing.. and I can not stress this enough... the pillows were top notch! I would recommend this place to all my friends.

Great condo!

Highly recommend. Beautiful private setting steps to the beach. Very relaxing and tranquil. A short stroll to the pool through mature landscaping. Washer and dryer just outside the door. Will book again!

I love this 1st floor space, the little "moat" they have brings so much wildlife. It has turtles, but we also had a red shouldered Hawk, a blue heron feast on a fish, cardinals, and a cormorant. I wish there were a washer and dryer in the unit, but there is a community one, but there is no mention of it, or that its coin operated. It wasn't expensive, it just would've been good to know ahead of time. It did kind of have an odor after the clean smell went away on the first day, like stale cigarette smoke. Other than that, I would go back. If you like biking, jogging, walking, this spot is for you! Short walk to the beach as well.

Enjoyed our stay

Our family really liked the location of this property just one block from the beach. We also liked the layout of the apartment, including three bedrooms and a spacious dining and seating area. This unit is on the first floor in the corner, with plenty of windows for a bright and airy setting. Thank you.

Lovely first floor property accurately portrayed with plenty of room. Short walk to beaches and restaurants. Biggest con was checkin. No information given on how to enter unit. Took 3 hours to get a code for entry.

Garden View Beauty

While we usually stay across the road in Coligny for the ocean view, we booked late and took a chance on this new listing. So glad we did because the unit made up for it in many ways. It appears to have been updated very recently and the owners did a great job! The furniture is cute, beachy and modern. The floor plan is spacious and the three bedrooms were perfect for our three teens. Kitchen is smaller but has everything you need and who cooks on vacation anyway? There isn’t laundry inside the unit but the laundry room was just one door down. We enjoyed the 2 outside areas for coffee and cocktails. Thanks for a great stay!

Christmas Hilton Head 2024

The accommodations were ok, easy walk to beach and Coligny plaza. The instructions to access the building were not clear and need to advise that the code to open the building doors was the same as the code to open the gate to parking. Our coffee maker stopped working a day after we arrived and no one returned my calls or emails to replace it the 5 days we were there. The microwave also sounded like it was going to break and the tap in the master bath was loose and we were afraid to use it.

Great Location

Location was perfect, decor was nice. Short walk to beach and not to crowded. Condo was nice appears to have been recently updated. Needs a new faucet in kitchen as it was very loose and not secured and dishwasher had an unusual smell to it. Instructions advise to run dishwasher upon leaving however all the buttons were covered with electrical tape so that along with the smell led me to not run it. The pantry door was off the hinges, and I reported this in an email but did not hear back. Other than those few issues that can be easily fixed it was a great stay.

I would not recommend staying here!! The kitchen drawers that contain knives and other sharp silverware were completely broken and fall out when opened. We were told someone would come and fix it but maintenance couldn’t fix it. Additionally, the floors were dirty and extremely slippery. We had multiple falls while staying here and unless updates are made this facility should NOT be rented out to other guests. Lastly, there are zero amenities provided (no shampoo, body wash, coffee, pantry basics). I don’t recommend this place for families with young children.

Xanadu rental

The property was clean and as pictured. There was plenty of room for our family (6 total with 3 teenagers) and the beds were comfortable. Three bathrooms and 2 showers which was great! It was a short walk to the beach and the beach was not too crowded. We did end up taking the free shuttle service to Coligny plaza which was nice! The check in process was not super convenient. The check in was about a 20 minute drive from the property. They only gave us one key fob and we had 6 people! The codes for the gate and the entrance into the building did not work! You had to have the fob to enter and we had 2 vehicles so that was not convenient either. It would have been nice to have a second fob. The property company was very good and did call me back when I had questions about this. The room code did work. Laundry service was outside of the condo but right next door. You do need to bring quarters. $1.00 to wash and $1.00 to dry clothes. When we arrived the pool was closed for the first 2-3 days of our stay. There was a note from the DHHS saying it was not safe to swim. I did message the property owner and got an automated response but did not get a direct response from him. The following day the pool was open and we were able to go in. Overall it was a nice place to stay and conveniently located!
