The home has a lovely large spacious deck with a covered eating area AND with TWO living areas, plus 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it is the perfect getaway for your vacation! Use of our pool included with your reservation. This home is also located very close to #35 Oak. Why not reserve both for your family vacation!

Guest Access:
Reservations include use of our private pool located at 126 Cottonwood Drive. We will text you the code upon arrival
The Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood is close to the charming village of Graeagle, CA Within easy driving or walking distance, you are close to golf courses, restaurants, shops, hiking and biking trails.
Getting Around:
There is no public transit in Plumas County. But our town is quite walkable. Public parking is available free of charge. Remember we ask you not to park on the street but in the driveway or numbered parking for your vacation rental home.
Other Things to Note:
We have a 3 night minimum for holiday reservations. The electronic Rental agreement that we send you must be signed before the door code is given to you.

**Please be aware that we are Vacation Rental management company and we mange homes for owners.
We are open 7 days a week during peak season Mid-May to the end of October. Our hours of operation and when we respond to requests, phone calls and texts is: 7 days a week 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., during peak season (M-F 10-3 during winter season) to answer any questions you may have!
