Each room has brand new furnishings (including bed/beddings/TVs) and is tastefully decorated.
The main kitchen, dining and living room are open so you can enjoy everyone's company. The kitchen features top-of-the-line GE Monogram appliances and filtered water dispenser. The tankless water heater can provide hot showers for everyone without the wait.
The newly built outdoor haven consists of a 12 Burner Gas Grill and built in Griddle to satisfy all the cooks. Outdoor dining includes (2) 8-person tables, one under the pergola and the other inside the 1st floor screened porch. When the evening is done, relax next to the 40” firepit w/ 8 Adirondack chairs to enjoy the rest of the day with Smore’s or your favorite drink. You can connect your music to the outdoor speakers that are HEOS and Bluetooth enabled. The private boat dock is at the end of the patio, w/ outdoor rinse station to clean off from the day at the beach. In addition, there is a huge porch on both levels for you to enjoy.

Sheppard Realty Rentals is proud to host this spectacular waterfront home! In order to maintain top cleaning practices, we ask you to bring your own linens or we would be happy to have a company provide a linen package for just $10 a person for the entire stay. This package includes sheets and pillow cases for all the beds you will be using, kitchen dish towels, bathroom bathmats, and a towel/wash cloth for each person.

Only registered guests are allowed on property. No events, parties, or gatherings.

This is a quiet community with year-round families with early morning commitments.

The communities’ quiet hours starts at 10pm, 7 days a week.
