Our second time staying! We come up every year for the poker run and this is hands down the best spot to stay with easy access to the boat launch and having a built in boat house. We couldn’t be happier with our stay!

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly what we were looking for. The boat garage was perfect and fit all of our jet skis nicely. The community was very friendly and helpful with any questions about the marina. The accommodations were great, kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking in, the grill was a plus! The house was clean, beds were very comfortable, ample towels and linens and there were books and guides for the area for guests to use. Would definitely book this property again.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed the area. The boathouse was extremely convenient for storing our boat, and with the perfect weather, we were able to spend almost every day out on the water. The location was ideal—just a short walk to downtown Alexandria Bay, which made exploring the shops and restaurants very easy. Overall, this was the perfect spot for a relaxing and fun getaway, and we would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay at 1000 islands with a boat

We always have a great time at 1000 islands. The convenience of having the boat house under the townhouse is the best part. 4 year in a row at the villas and will be many more to come.
