An overview of the beds are as follows: one full-size bed in master bedroom, one full-size fold-out sleeper sofa and one single fold-out ottoman in the living room. Guests should bring their own pool towels.

Pool opens Memorial Day weekend and closes Labor Day weekend. Please NO glass in the pool area. If you are found to have glass at the pool, your pool privileges will be revoked- there are cameras at the pool along with pool attendants. If you break glass at the pool, you will be charged $5000 to the card in file. The owner has to pay for draining of the pool, filing the pool, chemicals, and the hourly pay for the individual doing the work. Agreeing to rent is you the renter agreeing to these regulations.

When driving onto the property the condo is located in the building to the right, located on second floor.

Any damage to the condo or property in the condo, the renter will be responsible for damage repair cost. This will be maintained through VRBO.
