Les aventuriers et les gens qui ont juste besoin de se détendre trouveront tous ce condo Smith Mountain Lake parfait. Une grande cuisine, une baignoire et une douche, un lit escamotable, une télévision par cùble et un balcon donnant sur Smith Mountain Lake et la marina constituent le cadre idéal pour des vacances ou un week-end. Les clients ont accÚs à la piscine, au gazebo, aux barbecues, aux tables de pique-nique et bientÎt à la marina récemment rénovée et à la rampe de mise à l'eau. Peut accueillir 2 adultes confortablement, 4 au total autorisés. (1 lit, 1 futon) Venez vous détendre.

This was such a gem. My husband and I went to SML for a relaxing anniversary getaway. Patti's place was such a cute little place. Will definitely stay here again.

Best part about this was the proximity to where we needed to be on the lake. Other than that, it wasn't great. It would probably be okay for a couple & maybe 2 small children but the couch/bed is insanely uncomfortable, only some small kids would be able to deal with it. Shower is nice but be aware, appears the diverter was installed incorrectly direction wise so it seems like there's no hot water at first. Had to buy/install batteries for undercabinet lighting (realized after the fact that there were batteries on top of the water heater), I can understand the linens situation somewhat but the no pillows is a bit ridiculous. Say you're flying in, who's going to be able to bring pillows?? A lot of vacation rentals offer linen rental for a nominal fee, this would be a wise addition here. Despite cautions of a fee for leaving any food, stuff was left in the freezer, we got rid of it so we didn't get blamed & charged for it. Pool is nice but some of the year round tenants camp out all day long with loud speakers. (Others are very nice.) Laundry is super sketchy, didn't even attempt it. The decor is your typical leftover/thrift store style & the space isn't maximized to its full potential. Yv is miniscule. The front door is in terrible shape & sticks badly if it's at all warm outside. All in all, we were here to visit family so it suited our needs but it was way too expensive for what it is.

Check in was a breeze . I did honestly get confused with how to lock the door back , but figured it out fairly quickly into our stay. Kitchen had a full size fridge and stove /oven which was nice too!

Wonderful

Second visit to this unit and we enjoyed our stay with our two pups. Visited family staying at State Park and enjoying boating. Easy access for our family picking us up every morning from the dock right off the property made everything convenient for everyone. We plan to come back next summer! I snapped this photo our last evening from the condo balcony.

The property was in a nice location and had a good view of the lake. The pool wasn't open even to just sit in the chairs. The condo was a nice size for just the two of us and the pup.

Beautiful spot to unwind

My November stay was perfect as a quiet retreat. The nearby Smith Mountain Lake State Park has many picnic and hiking opportunities. Nice rental in a nice location.

Awesome nightly views of the lake and sunset.

Had a great stay at the condo, will be back next year. All the neighbors were great and friendly. Quiet and relaxing with a great view of the lake. We had absolutely no complaints.

It was four of us. My teenagers are basically the size of adults. I’m 6’2” 4 of us stayed In there read the square footage it is small, but that’s what we were paying for. We just needed a place to rest our heads and throw down some chow once in a while the place was very clean updated With newer type stuff, it was what we needed. It was perfect Everything was perfect for the price. Are you kidding me? It was so cheap compared to everywhere else considering the views that we got for the sunsets.a pool My friend Dock with his boat was right there. It was perfect.
