Evanston's Lakeshore Historic District is located at the shore of Lake Michigan. Our home is 4 short blocks away from South Boulevard Beach. We also have 4 parks within a 2 block radius of our home! South Blvd. "L" station is 3 blocks away and Main St. "L" and Metra stations are .4 miles away. Main street is also home to many restaurants, cafes and shops all within walking distance. For a quick shopping trip, Walgreens is 1.5 blocks away.

You will have 2 private, covered parking spots in our garage. There is plenty of street parking but please refer to Evanston's street cleaning schedule in order to avoid getting a parking ticket. We will also include the schedule in the House Manual.

Please note that for security reasons, we have 3 outdoor cameras pointed at and recording the following:
- Above the front doors recording the front porch, the front yard and a bit of the sidewalk and parkway.
- Above the back door recording the back staircase and door.
- Next to the back door recording the West section of the backyard and garage.

Tampering with the cameras in any way will be cause for booking cancellation.
