Very comfortable house. Great kitchen for cooking over the holidays. Host was available for any questions and responded right away. House was well stocked with bath and kitchen essentials. Super clean. Very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Pristine, lots of room. Great area. Has everything you need from the kitchen items to the bathroom soaps and shampoos. Hosts were very communicative, helpful and thoughtful. Cozy yard area to congregate just outside the coffee room. Wonderful place to stay!

There was no privacy - the curtains were shear - you could see everything inside from the outside. The house is close to the neighbors and they can see right through the kitchen window which doesn’t have a curtain or shade. People on the street could see everything from outside. The place was cold and you could not adjust the temperature. The garage floor was very slippery - we had several instances of slips. Not worth the money - just an average ranch house not very luxurious. No extra amenities to qualify as luxurious.

Luxury Five star stay

Casa 22 is absolutely stunning. This home is a luxurious oasis, located in a great area with the most thoughtful and outgoing Host. I would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Chicago looking to experience a true luxury stay.

Perfect house for our weekend trip to Chicago

Absolutely stunning house. Better in person than the pics. Quiet neighborhood, easily accessible, and easy to get into and out of Chicago. Loved the personal touches, like live plants, k-cups, toiletries, etc. Owners were very kind to keep in touch with updates, including option to check in early, and make sure all of our needs were met. When we return to Chicago, I hope to stay here again. Would definitely recommend.

Gorgeous gem in quiet neighborhood

Beautiful, pristine property, perfect for our family. Real beds, blackout curtains, clean and stocked bathrooms, fluffy white towels, quality bed linens, spacious kitchen complete with everything needed to cook and serve, new appliances…and a ping pong table in the finished basement! There is zero road noise, a pretty gazebo, and Weber grill on the patio. We had everything we needed and more. This is a 5-star stay. We would definitely book again!

We usually stay at the Ritz downtown but needed to be in the suburbs for a wedding. The standards of Casa22 are the same as the Ritz. The entire home is so thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. I appreciated the beautiful built in closets where you have ample room. I can’t wait to visit again.

5 star across the board

Visiting family and usually stay in hotels downtown but saw this property near family. It is completely brand new. It is much bigger than expected. The finished basement has gym, ping pong table, another sitting room with tv. The managers were extremely responsive and made sure everything was going smooth.
