Gorgeous ocean views on Seven Mile Beach!

Beautiful ocean views on Seven Mile Beach. Crescent Point is a hidden beach front gem! Unit 12 is on the second floor, with breathtaking views. It is completely renovated with new furniture & stainless steel appliances. Located close to restaurants, shopping and groceries. Crescent Point has a gorgeous pool and hot tub, and there is a grilling area and fitness center for use. There is an elevator for your convenience. Lounge chairs are provided on the white sand beach or by the pool. It is a slice of paradise!

Unit 12 has a spacious, fully-stocked kitchen and living room. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a luxurious en-suite bathroom and a dedicated work space. The second bedroom has king size bed with direct access to the second bath. The third bedroom has two twin xl beds which can be made into a king bed upon request. Each bedroom has a TV with cable channels. Free WI-FI is included as well.

The kitchen is fully appointed including all appliances plus coffee pot, toaster, cookware, bakeware, serving plates, and all kinds of utensils. We’ve also included a bartender kit and a ninja smoothie blender.

Towels and beach towels are included. Daily cleaning service is provided. Washer and dryer are in the unit.

The beach is a beautiful white sand beach with beach chairs and umbrellas. The sand beach at Crescent Point has been protected by the “iron shore” which is made of limestone. This makes it difficult to wade into the water in front of the resort. Please feel free to bring water shoes, or you can walk approximately 150 feet South and gently wade in and swim in the swimming cove there. To walk the full length of Seven Mile Beach, you can walk the narrow sand and smooth rock path along the water’s edge to the full beach. For shopping and restaurants, you can walk to Camana Bay using the walkway on the right before the tunnel North on a West Bay Rd.
Groceries can be delivered ahead of your stay with at least 48 hours notice. Please message me if you’d like that information.

Please note the tax in Grand Cayman is 13%, and there is a 6% resort fee. They are listed together under taxes.

An absolutely beautiful condo with all the amenities one could want. Beautiful ocean views and close to everything along 7 Mile Beach. Vicki was so responsive with details before our arrival and so gracious. We will definitely be back and have nothing but wonderful memories of our time here! Highly recommend this beautiful property!

Just stayed a month in Paradise

WOW! We loved the place. Exactly as advertised. Beautiful place and view of the ocean. Everything was perfect. Stayed a month and was the most relaxing time. Everything we needed was provided. Cleaning service while we stayed was also a great added plus.

Absolutely Amazing Stay

Incredible accommodations, great location, super friendly people. What's not to love. The condo was amazing, just as advertised, awesome ocean view, snorkeling right off the beach, short walk to great food and fun, we felt so at home. We can't wait to go back... Tony B.

A perfect stay!

We loved the condo. It was clean and comfortable. The beach was delightful and so was the pool. We enjoyed a swim in the swimming cove. Restaurants were close by and delicious. Don’t miss Pepper’s the chicken is delicious. We preferred going toward West Bay - find the path to Camana Bay down by the tunnel. Great restaurants, bars and shopping. Rita’s cab service is terrific and they’ll take you anywhere you want to go! We will defiantly be back.

Five Star Stay

Our stay at this property was absolutely perfect. It really is a slice of heaven. The beautiful, clean and very comfortable home was everything you could want. It is upgraded & very well kept. The view is breathtaking & accommodations within the complex were very nice (beach & pool). From check in to check out there was nothing but smiles & warm hospitality. The owners are very helpful & accommodating, great quick communication. Its location is central & easy to get around town. I look forward to returning to this very special spot.

Perfect Beach Vacation!

This rental had it all! The property manager Pauline had everything ready for our early arrival and had lots of ideas on the best food places and activities to do. Once inside we didn't want to leave. It was beautifully decorated and had EVERYTHING we needed. The kitchen had anything you would need for meal prep, the washer and dryer were perfect for beach days and the beds were very comfortable. We loved sitting out on the covered deck to watch the ocean as we ate breakfast each morning. It was only about a 3 minute walk to the pool and the beautiful white sand beach. We would definitely stay there again.

The Very Best!!

This was by far the best property that we have ever stayed at. It was beautiful, right on the water, spotless, and incredibly well equipped. We visited Grand Cayman for our 30th wedding anniversary and were accompanied by our sons and their girlfriends. Vicki and Lance made our arrival something to talk about forever-as we entered the kitchen there was a note wishing us a happy 30th anniversary and included a bottle of wine! They did not have to do this. It made us feel very welcome and special. They are great communicators and made everything super easy. I recommend them with Zero hesitation!!10 in every category! We’ve been home 1 day and are planning our next visit back. Thank you guys - you made it so memorable, just awesome.

Elswick dive trip 2024

While we were somewhat disappointed in the coral formations that have been damaged, it was better than we find at home on the west coast of Florida. This is our 3rd trip. We still got a lot of great pictures, great restaurants. Prices have gone up significantly since our last trip but so has the quality of grocery stores and restaurants. Wonderful fishing trip and snorkel stop plus stingray city. More fun than the deeper sting ray city. Great snorkeling at that site. The condo itself was perfect, clean had everything you need and more. Just a lovely place to relax and spend time with family.

Simply fabulous

The pictures don't do the property justice - the apartment was more spacious than we expected, beautifully decorated and well equipped. We spent most of our time on the expansive screened in patio listening to the ocean and enjoying the view. Vicki, the host, was incredibly gracious - even arranging for a high chair to be brought to us on the 2nd day of our stay as we had forgotten to bring our own. We loved the location. There's a nice coffee shop next door, and we were close to the resorts on 7 mile beach with their restaurants while being away from the traffic. We also had easy access to Esterly Tibbets Highway to get around the island. Camana Bay is a very short drive with a grocery store and lots of restaurant, shopping, and nightlife options.

Great Condo, Great View, and Great Location

Everything was fantastic about Vicki's condo. A nice unexpected surprise was the daily housekeeping service. I've never stayed in an VRBO that offered daily housekeeping service so that was awesome! The condo was nice and we especially loved the back screened in porch area. We spent lots of time eating and lounging in this area. Location is great with it being on Seven Mile Beach. Was convenient to great restaurants and grocery stores. Pool area was well maintained and never had an issue finding a chair or an umbrella. We actually joked with someone else that was staying at Crescent Pointe that at the Ritz, they have rows of beach chairs and you have to get there early to find a chair and here, we never had an issue. We highly recommend staying here. We loved it!

A perfect place in paradise!

When we had a hiccup on our travel day to the Cayman Islands, Vicki was the most understanding and responsive host. She made a stressful travel day so much better. Once we got to the condo, it exceeded our expectations. The condo was spotless, and more spacious than expected for our family of 5. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to make multiple meals throughout our stay. The outdoor patio was perfect to relax to the ocean waves with a good drink in hand. The location of the condo was great! Close to great restaurants, Kirk's supermarket, etc. The beach was beautiful and the kids loved the pool. Daily housekeeping made the condo extremely relaxing to come back to after exploring the Island. We have stayed in multiple VRBOs before but this one surpasses them all. Thank you Vicki and Lance for sharing our slice of paradise with us. We can't wait to come back again!

Simply beautiful &well done!

Crescent Point is a highly maintained, well-placed, beautiful condo complex with amazing views from almost any angle. The staff is friendly, unobtrusive, & and very helpful for tips around the island for food, fun, and necessities. The unit is newly renovated, and well decorated, but also very cozy with relaxation in mind. It’s obvious the host took time to provide creature comforts to their guests from HD smart TVs in every room, a wealth of cookware & glassware, and pool/beach friendly cups of all sizes. Did I mention daily turn down service & trash pick up? They requested our preferred times and we never knew they were there. The balcony is beautifully caged & offers a stunning view of 7 mile beach that just gets better as the day rolls by. It offers shade all day until sunset which is reason alone to stay here. I could go on and on.
