Full of beautiful sunlight, easy comfort, and classic Americana, this two-story Mashpee condo will treat you to a quintessential summer on Cape Cod. This is a place to ride your bikes to the beach or enjoy the community swimming pool, spend your days swimming and sunbathing, and gather on the shaded patio for sunset barbecues in the evenings.

This condo sits near the ocean shore on the south side of Mashpee, in a location that's particularly great for beach-goers. Mashpee Town Beach, South Cape Beach State Park, and Mashpee National Wildlife Refuge are all within two miles. The Cape Cod Children's Museum (three miles) and the many shopping and dining opportunities of Mashpee Commons (five miles) are close by as well.

Stepping inside, you'll be greeted by a bright living space with nautical- and beach-themed decor and a charming palette of reds, whites, and blues throughout. Make yourself at home beneath two-story ceilings in the living room, relaxing on a pair of sofas and watching your favorite movies on the cable TV.

Prepare hearty meals using stainless steel kitchen appliances (including a gas stove and a French-door fridge), butcher-block countertops, and a gas grill outside on the patio. There's even an outdoor dining set and a swinging hammock chair, so you can linger comfortably in the fragrant sea breeze. When it's time to turn in, leave the day's swimsuits in the care of the washer/dryer, check tomorrow's surf report using the complimentary WiFi, and retire to two bedrooms - each paired with a full bathroom.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
