The house was in a great location making restaurants, stores, bars, and the university walkable. It was immaculate and very comfortable for our family. The host was responsive and a helpful resource to make our trip special. We would happily return!

This property was situated very conveniently for both activities in downtown and on UVM‘s campus. The house was meticulous. The host lives adjacent and was immediately available for any questions and frequently checked in to make things are going as planned. We were so impressed that we actually already reserved our next stay.

A beautiful home, a fabulous host, and a perfect location!! The home has so many thoughtful details such as numerous power strips, a well-equipped kitchen, super comfy beds. Tricia was always responsive but never intrusive. The home is stunning with beautiful views out every window and a porch. A co-op grocery, bar, pizzeria, and creemie stand are a block away. We would have liked to stay longer. A experience!!

This was our second time staying at this location. It is so convenient to everything—UVM, Champlain College, downtown Burlington—and the perfect size for our family with teens. Everything is clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is well appointed for eating in. Tricia is a friendly and responsive host. We will be back!

We have found our place to stay when visiting Burlington (and we WILL be back!). Trish’s house is perfectly suited for us. It’s comfortably furnished, the kitchen is well equipped (we like to have meals at home as much as possible), and the location is an easy walk to downtown and the lake shore. Also, the host lives next door, and she happened to come out and greet us as we arrived, so there’s that nice connection with the homeowner which we appreciate. As with many New England homes, there is no central A/C, but the window units in the bedrooms and on the main level kept the house at a comfortable temp, even in the uncharacteristic hot days we experienced there (upper 80s).

This is THE perfect location to visit Burlington. It is central to virtually everything in the downtown area and to Lake Champlain, all within walking-distance. The house is very comfortable and cozy, with a nicely equipped kitchen, space to breathe, fluffy mattresses... all one needs to spend a restful home-away-from-home. We really enjoyed our time there, visiting our children, and greatly appreciated the host's communication with us along with the attention to detail for a wonderful visit.
