Featuring a cozy living room and dining area. Our updated and fully equipped kitchen is complete with modern amenities. Off-street parking is included as well as 2 bathrooms and laundry, you'll enjoy the utmost convenience during your stay. Our home has everything you need for a memorable Burlington experience.
We take our quiet hours policy very seriously. This house is tucked into a peaceful residential neighborhood and you must be respectful of the folks living and sleeping around you. If you're looking for a party house, please look elsewhere!

Beautiful house

This is a beautiful older house in a perfect location. Easy access to downtown. Kitchen and baths are nicely updated and spacious. We loved staying here.

This home is absolutely wonderful Feels like home away from home. Has everything you could possibly need for a great vacation. We walked to restaurants and shops and Lake Champlain! The house and the location could not have been any better!!

Weekend in Burlington

The home is very clean, nicely renovated and well stocked with everything you need for your stay. The location is great for walking to Church Street to all the shops and restaurants.

The Perfect Family Reunion

Perfect spot for a family reunion! We were all adults (ages 27-72) and enjoyed cooking and eating together, exploring Vermont, walking to Church street, and then cozying up in PJs together at home to watch a movie in the evening! One of the cleanest places we've ever stayed at!

Weekend Getaway Christmas Gift

Every year we give our daughters and their spouses a group weekend getaway as an XMAS gift, often in Burlington, but usually at one of the hotels. This was a great alternative and offered a place where they could all stay in a common space. They LOVED everything about it - location, accommodations and a considerate host.

Charming Home

Such a lovely, clean and perfectly located home with lots of character. Everything was perfect and not one hitch at all. Oh, wait
.. just curious about the coat hooks at front door? Haha We are all under 5’4” so it was quite comical to see us hopping up to get our jackets hung up. Sometimes we’d get it on the first jump 
.sometimes not. Haha Lovely home and we highly recommend.

Nice Home in a Bad Neighborhood

Let me preface this review by stating the home was clean, charming, and well taken care of. As advertised very close to downtown Burlington. With that all said, this home was NOT located in a peaceful neighborhood as advertised. My children witnessed a drug deal, gone bad, outside the front of this home. We had to call the police as the woman involved was pulled from her car. There are multiple group homes in the neighborhood and many homeless who rummage through the garbage bins of the neighborhood homes. In bringing our concerns to the attention of the property manager/home owner, we were met with very delayed responses or no responses at all. While the home was lovely, the owner’s description of the area was misleading and he/she/they should not be seeking $500+ a night, in my opinion
