The Fall Line est situé dans la ville de Telluride, à distance de marche de la rue principale, du parc, des magasins, de la bibliothÚque, de la télécabine gratuite et du sentier fluvial. C'est sur la boucle de bus de ville gratuite.

We had a great stay. Mid of the town. 5min walk to gondola. Bunch of restaurants and bars nearby as well as a supermarket. Very comfy condo with evr thing that you need to cook.

Christmas 2024 First Visit to Telluride

We recommend The Fall Line Condos. We stayed for a week, between Christmas and New Years Day, 2024. The condo was more reasonable priced than other nearby condos and lodging. It was perfectly located between the Telluride Gondola and lift 8, the Nordic center, main street, a local church, town trail, and grocery store. It was an easy two-block walk to the Gondola for my snowboarding son. As others have said, the condo pics match the visual experience of the place. The rooms had individual heaters. We used the kitchen every day and the 714 sq. ft space.The rest of what I report here are nuances, given we stayed for a week. The WiFi was intermittent, so we activated a mobile hotspot on those occasions. The shampoo bottle was smaller than one might suppose, but we brought a bottle ourselves.The Condo's decor is dated, but it is clean and the beds were excellent. You can walk around Telluride and see more modern and more expensive lodging, but Elaine's condo fit our needs perfectly: Reasonably priced, furnished kitchen, and short walk to Gondola & lift 8, town trail, Nordic center, St. Patrick's, and main street restaurants and shopping.Telluride sells itself. The town runs a free Gondola from 6:30am to midnight with access to Mountain Village. We also used Telluride Sleigh and Wagons. They run a horse drawn sleigh ride to their acreage on a hill adjacent to Telluride. Beautiful experience, with hot drinks and S'mores. We would definitely use Fall Line Condos again.

Telluride condo

The condo was very close to the gondola station. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the middle of town. The check in was easy and the condo was close to everything. Loved our stay.

Great condo & location

The property is a 3 min walk to the gondola and is close to everything in town. Has a great hot tub and had almost everything we needed. Only thing missing was plastic wrap and foil if you are cooking and laundry detergent. The place is a bit dated but it was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Telluride Ski Vacation

Great property for a ski vacation. Location is ideally situated in downtown Telluride; close to restaurants and walking distance to the chairlift or gondola. Underground parking and elevator to upper floors made getting our gear to the condo very easy. Condo was clean and well maintained. Excellent place to stay. Will definitely consider for our next stay in Telluride.

We had the most amazing experience at this place. This might have been the cleanest and well organized Vrbo I might have been in. Pretty dated, but worked for me since I like old. In general I have no hesitation in giving it a 5star rating.

Had a great time staying at Fall Line Condos. Lots of room and could not be in a better place. Right in the heart of town and close to the lifts. Definitely will be back! Unit was clean, quiet and comfortable for 3 to 4 adults. Covered parking and hot tub were real perks for a downtown Telluride location. Incredible bargain.

We love Telluride and chose The Fall Line because of it's great location near the gondola and walking distance to everything, the Town of Telluride, Town park, and river trail. The Fall Line is more spacious, with a private balcony, than most comparable units.

The Fall Line is quiet. Has underground parking. It's located next to the library, the grocery store, the town park, river trail, and Telluride main street. It's walking distance to everything and is on the bus line. The units are clean and well kept. Guests love our location!
